So, for now, we know for sure that he is going to do at least three songs: -a Madonna cover -a tribute to Donna Summer -one of his own, since Terrance and Johnny are dancing. Though they could be dancing during the covers as well. The VH1 article about the Donna Summer tribute mentioned "Kelly, Keri, Adam‘s very real medley of “Bad Girls,” “I Feel Love,” “She Works Hard for the Money,” “Hot Stuff” and “Last Dance.”" The author could be just guessing, but from the way it's written it sounds like she might know for sure that those are the songs they will sing. Based on graphics on the page, I think that VH1 stream is for the red carpet and behind-the-scenes footage (yay!). Also, in VH1's initial press release they said they'd be streaming the red carpet and BTS. |

Yeah, I think they meant dearth cause there aren't any of the "traditional" big names like Beyonce or Mariah or Mary J or Celine or Ella or Aretha or Christina, etc etc. All the names for Sunday's show are sort of divas-in-training.. or mini-divas. That's what I think too. Really - are any of these ladies announced for the show real DIVAS? Yeah - mini-divas maybe - or divas with training wheels. ;D dance club divas? i like that it's a younger set -- may mean more new fans for Adam. |
