The only song I really enjoyed was Hot Stuff and that was way too short. Go figure, Though the instrumental was kinda odd :D
And I loved seeing Paula in the skit

Looks like we fans are so used to Adam's high standards that we are more quick to notice any little thing not right than others are. More from the article on Adam: Keeping the show on schedule and energized was Lambert, who had a flub-free night and was clearly elated at the end of it. “I had so much fun,” he told The Hollywood Reporter after the show. “Figuring out all the outfits and all the different beats was a little bit stressful, but when I got out there for the show, it just felt really warm and the energy was great.” Lambert added that his favorite moment of the show came during the Donna Summer medley, which he described as “pretty magical.” As for whether he found singing one of Madonna’s most challenging songs intimidating? “Yeah,” he said, “but I had a lot of fun and I liked my outfit.”

I seldom agree with you teddy, Ha but this time I have to kinda agree with you... It's not because Adam didn't do a great job, because he DID! but I prefer the Idol Tour version of Let's dance to this arrangement and I didn't like they use the electrical song effect at the very beginning (is that so called auto-tuned?) I guess I just want Adam to show off his amazing voice more. I liked all his costumes, ya, including that tunic, hahahaha! And I love love love that skit. sooooo funny. Adam should have his own show! He's hilarious! And Paula, so sweet to see her acting with Adam...

I wondered if Adam would ever say anything about having sound issues after the fact to a reporter..

Have to admit I'm also guilty as charged. Adam's standards are so high that one gets so used to it .... #itsAdamsfault Anyway love it how he takes his people along with him; mom, Sauli, both dancers, Cherrys, Neil. And the band

You can rate the story at the top of the page by filling in the stars. Wow this is a great article! This article also addresses the sound issues he was having. Adam Lambert Hits High Note as Host of VH1 DivasPopstar.com While certified Diva's like Kelly Clarkson, Ciara, Miley Cyrus, Kelly Rowland, Jordan Sparks, and House DJ Havana Brown earned their stripes with high octane performances (most notably Cyrus who shock-rocked us with some serious Billy Idol), it was host Adam Lambert who may have been the most entertaining and endearing Diva of all. Did she do something like that at sometime? From article: With frequent wardrobe changes that featured everything from fierce leather-studded jackets to a Kabbalah-inspired frock (a nod to Madonna), Lambert glided through Bowie's "Let's Dance" and Madge's "Ray of Light." Despite a rough start to the latter, he pulled it together. (There are reports he requested assistance adjusting his ear piece backstage prior to the performance, and from the looks of it, he couldn't hear himself singing.)

I read the article after posting, and it's great! It covers all the salient points. Madonna is into Kabbalah, and I guess all the symbols on the "frock" reminded the writer of Kabbalah.
