This just popped in to my inbox. www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Music/Question1198770.htmlAdam Lambert "glam Nation Live" Have You Seen This Guy"I have been watching the live video "Concert" I do not think he is actually singing everything is so perfect ,I did read that he was coming over to the UK to do some Gigs with QUEEN .Any thoughts ". 18:58 Tue 18th Dec 2012 magsmagenta of Lambrits has answered with a vid of 'Dust in the Wind'. Can one of our music guru's write a suitably scathing response to the one commenter who says: "Well at 1:42 in he's he's way off key. Too much falsetto for my liking." Of course BB's spot on note, and I think the idiot's talking about vibrato but I'm really not sure enough of the lingo :(. Plus of course, there could be people here to be educated 8-). I'm no music guru. But here are my 2 cents: Adam's rendition of Dust In The Wind is very different from the original version. His singing is accompanied with just a piano. The original one is with two guitars and violins with four ppl singing melody and harmony. Adam's voice is very melodic and connects each phrase perfectly. The wailing starting at 1:40 is not off-key at all. He is not singing the melody but it goes along very well with the it. We know Adam likes to improvise in performances but rarely go off key. I do not hear any falsetto in Adam's rendition but I do hear it in the Kansas' version. Yes, Adam uses vibratos in this song. And I do think this song should be sung in this way. Because they add beautiful colors into the song and bring the interpretation of the song to another level. IMO, Adam's version is more beautiful than the original in both singing and interpretation.

Madonna Rules Billboard.com's Readers Poll 2012 bit.ly/TY6ASjAdam got #3 in "Favorite Billboard #1"! Pretty good! It was nice how BB but first, second and third place winners on the winners' page. In #1 album first was 12%, second was 11% and Adam at third was 9% so it was pretty close and no one got a huge amount of the total.
