My nominations for Adam covering a Christmas song are:
Angels We Have Heard On High ---- he would bring such a spirit of joy to the soaring "Gloooooooooooria in excelsis deo" (particularly from 2:44 to the end)
And, "It's Christmas", probably my favorite Christmas song written by an artist from Atlanta. It is not vocally challenging, but I just love the images it conjures in my mind.
