I got hooked with Adam upon listening to Come to me, Bend to me last week of October. I was disappointed to see less than a million viewers with an average daily viewing of about 50. No,I have not done a close analysis. But I still keep on viewing it to add some numbers as I do for TSP lyric video since then.
I did analysis for TSP lyric video though. It was uploaded October 4, 2012. Before PLL, the average daily viewing is about 9200. After PLL there was an upsurge to 17000 for a few days, then it tapered to 14000. There was an upsurge again around Nov 8 or so for 1 day or so. I think my viewing figures comes a little late, because when you posted some numbers, it is still the old number for me. Now it hovers around 11500 per day.
My take? That PLL did enormously well for him!

With work and family, have been away from here for a few days - just catching up. Have missed everyone and this place. Amazing Christmas tree, Q3! Amazing decorations, Seoulmate! Amazing Trespassing Vevo, going to one million views (with help from melliemom!) I took one more look at the Vevo Trespassing, and saw on the sidebar there was a video for Cuckoo with over 425,000 views. Not Vevo, but by an individual. Almost all the comments seem to be from PLL fans. I think this bodes very well for Adam - a few more well placed appearances on US TV and... |

Since it was pre-Idol I don't think many people would know to even look for it on YT. One almost has to be referred to it by a Glambert to know it exists. So, I don't think that the number of views is strange. I think it is great that so many HAVE heard it. You say that is what hooked you on Adam in October. But, girl, which October? Are you a newbie, having just found out about this man with a one in 100 million voice a couple of months ago, or did you discover it in October of a previous year?
