frecklesexual, I agree that Adam just expressed an opinion about something he felt strongly about. I do not think it was a planned "event!" He often does movie reviews, for us, via his twitter. I don't think he expected the amount of press it got though.
Since Dana is with him and Shosh is his PR person, I would be very surprised if Adam doesn't know about all the articles it generated.

The Yahoo article about Adam's opinion had over 8500 comments this morning!! Most of the comments say "Adam Lambert is irrelevant!"  I guess all those people who took the time to comment do not see the irony in their responses!! I know, that's so funny! |

It may be that some of the performers did not agree with the final choices and would have preferred that they had been "sweetened" but, of course, did not have a say. Russell Crowe's comment could be taken as supporting this view. |

It's so interesting that they turn an opinion into all kinds of perceived motives and get very personal in their responses back, actually some seem angry.. from negative comments on his looks, to AI, etc.. as if he had said something negative about them personally.. and as if those things had anything to do with his simple opinion. :  |

IMO the R Crowe tweet (and certainly the Hugh Jackman tweet(confirmed?) totally deflate the blown up articles.
I read the tweets as a bit of admiration for Adam.
Perhaps Jackman is sticking it to PH ;D

Glad to see RC's answer to Adam's rant. I've been quite surprised by the amount of nasty articles about his opinion. Wow, it's just an opinion! WTF?! ??? Most of it is just an opinion, the "pretend singers" part is an insult and I think that's what they're all focusing on. Surprised people are still talking about it though  |
