Just saw this: "Sources confirm to TVGuide.com that Spears has quit the Fox singing competition because she knew she wasn't going to be asked back for another season."
Sooooooo, there is a vacancy for next season. If they want a judge who knows the format, who knows a hell of a lot about singing, who is not hesitant to express an honest opinion, and who would look gorgeous on the panel, we might know someone, right?

I'm not going to speculate on what direction Adam will take for Album #3. But I don't think that wink after the Rock tweet means anything. WWFM (pop-rockish) was his big hit & "they" tried following up with similar songs that went in essence nowhere. Why does anyone think it would be different this time? Remember Einstein's quote: Insanity:doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. The only way it could be different is if RCA does a big radio push with lots of promo & TV appearances. Not holding my breath. Hope I'm not spoiling the positivity here but I felt like his twitter party was really to tell us that the TSP era was over & the rest was all spinkling of a bit of glitter for diversion. Whatever direction he takes I'll be there - to buy & request, buy & request, buy & request...................  |

What direction can he take, really, when he can do anything, and do it great? I think he is just going to go with good songs and develop the cohesive line later. Mix up of genres again, maybe...

Okay. So here is my interpretation of Adam's tweet. He was lurking on ATop, checking out all our favorite videos. No one nominated one of his favorites... so he tweeted it out to his fans. Q3, he just made your job much easier. As "guest judge", you can just go with his pick. Who is a better authority?  But I think he should be made an honorary member of Atop first. I really think someone in his glamily is a member or at least serious lurker here, because it is obvious to me that Adam knows exactly what goes on here. It is very interesting that some of Adam's tweets are so spot on to what is being discussed on this board.
