I know. I get that. But planes fly both ways... Oh well...it is just a dream anyway... Interestingly enough, I've learned that they don't in Texas either. My relatives in the East think nothing of us flying 1500 miles to see them for all matter of occasions, but unfortunately it takes a funeral to get them on a plane flying west. Don't really get it. I remember once I was at a conference in DC and hit it off with one of the other women. At the end I said, If you're ever down my way, look me up. The usual ... But she did a double take and said, "I can't imagine that I would EVER be down your way." It was then that I learned the meaning of the phrase flyover country. :-/ Ha! I was raised in North Dakota and lived in the DC metro area for a couple decades. I was sure that many people in DC didn't know that ND is a state. Way fly over.

[/IMG]
I was thinking we could list 31 charities that were something that Adam had participated in or worked on things close to his heart. I'm putting a plug in for our own ATOP Giving Society to help Adam fans but also others: ATOP TAGS Charity Water Donors Choose Wolf Refuge (sorry forgot name) Lamba something that lawyers for gay rights ACLU etc.

Trust me..I lived in Chicago and a friend thought North Dakota was a suburb of Minnesota!!! True story...

I still remember that day when I heard Shady on the shopping center where I usually go shopping. It was the best feeling in the world. :2tears: :2tears: :2tears:
And I was buying boots (very suitable for listening to Adam's music, IMO, lol).

You guys - I'm really getting into this! I mean, getting all giddy and feeling like we could make something happen! I will donate to DonorsChoose:org - - - in honor of Adam's #31. Many, many other charities are worthy! charity:water being one of them; one Adam has supported. What if we all donate to ANY charity we find worthy of our individual support; maybe, if possible, make a note to that charity that a donation is in honor of Adam's birthday; and then send Adam a twitter note that we have made a donation for his birthday?? I don't know about twitter, but, can't people create a hashtag - - it could be "#31" or something like that? (Help me, you twitter people) If Adam received 31,000 tweets that told him of the generosity of his fans, I think it would be a pretty fine present!! For a pretty fine man!! A gift wouldn't have to be a donation . . . it could be a message to someone in need . . . or a cause you support. This is just an idea that's come to me as I looked through the webpage of DonorsChoose. Oh, so many need so much. Anything helps - - and all of us, ALL of us have something to give. Each of us, in our own way. Enough from me. Sounds good to me. Only problem, money is very tight this month for me. Dunno if I will be able to contribute... :-/ I have to be careful if I don't want money to run out before I have to go back home. I'll see what I can do. And we could tweet this, see if people would like to do this. My point is no good deed should go unnoticed! Especially in Adam's name! You, Albiku, share your knowledge with us; share your help and good will and healing skills with many who seek your care . . . so, there you go. Let Adam know. He will be proud to know of you.
