Yes. Just listened to Underneath. Underneath. Here in a warm room where the twilight lengthens. Of course I know all the words. Every word Adam has ever sung is memorized. Just now, I'm realizing he is not being metaphorical. He is being real, and he is looking me in the face and there, there it is. Is there any song more honest than this? For his experience in life? Oh - this man is bringing me home. Oh My, momtomany - there you go again... :wub: :wub: Everything you write about Adam is a poem. You could collect all your writings from here and make a little book - Odes to Adam. In fact, I wish you would.  |

However, I am a bit confused still... So Xtina recorded a song that was originally given to Adam? And Murs was just in the headline? Should I read the article again? Yep Olly Murs was irrelevant. Adam had that song recorded but didn't put in on the album. |

I think I'm doing what's called 'spamming the thread'. I'll leave and make dinner in a minute, I promise. Just have to say I fell asleep watching last nite's show. Boring - with only little snippets of the contestants singing their hearts out. Mostly, it was Nicki and Mariah (Mariah having her makeup brushed up, hair combed . . ) and a little polite Keith - and a little 'take charge' Randy. It was tired, boring, and contrived, IMO - and that was just the first 20 minutes or so; then it was lights out. I watched one of the audition rounds that was on last night out of interest. Is just awful - hardly any focus on good singers too much on train wrecks and Nicki Minaj or whatever her name is - huge egos around the table (well except for Keith)... just really bad. |

Help. I'm down the Idol rabbit hole and I should be studying. :-/ I'm seriously hopeless. Smh at myself. : When I first discovered Adam, i spent at least 3 hours straight every night watching his performances on Idol. I always promised to myself "I'll watch only 1, only one performance, no more, promise". After each performance I was like brought back to real life and wondered what had happened to me, then I wanted more, and that went on and on. He was like drug. |

I watched all his Idol performances last night!!! I spent 2 hours in pure bliss and forwarded judges comments a lot..lol..it never ever gets old watching Adam. From the judges' audition to ACIGC to Beth to Queen...Adam IS Nirvana. And so much else to rewatch now during this slow time.  |
