Hi guys !! this wayyy OT , but I really need help :
I used to download videos from youtube with real player . And now , I don't get the "download this video" button . It's been a month like this . I don't know what to do ! What do I do ?

I don't know what to do ! What do I do ? Hi Kamar - Try this: Right click the url of the YouTube you want to download. Copy. In your real player: Click RealPlayer logo - upper left hand corner. File New New Web Browser When window appears, paste url. Start video. Download box should appear. Gotta run - hope I didn't skip a step. Good luck! BTW - Love your posts! |

I think it's great that people are told about the 'chipmunk effect' or standing too close to speakers..that'll leave ya fumbling about trying to find your hearing for awhile. I had stellar sound, but I had to take balcony to get it and it was in a performing arts theater with fabulous acoustics. I picked the venue for that reason alone because I knew I was only going to be able to get to one GN concert. I would only hope nobody gets freaked out that this WILL be their experience and possibly reconsider seeing him. Adam is a phenomenon on that stage and it is worth every cent..I truly felt like I was in an altered state after (and no, it wasn't cocktails.. ;D). Adam has a presence unlike anyone I've seen. And his concerts are so much FUN! So all who are going to concerts..YAY for you! Bring those great earplugs LindaG showed just in case the sound is wonky, but you will not pay much attention when Adam starts his set. He is all there is. Totally charismatic and riveting, no matter what he is up to on stage..  Go and enjoy the experience..because to me, it isn't a concert, it is an experience. I wish I could have been a roadie during GN..seeing Adam once wasn't enough, but twas not to be. Some people love to vid..and I thank them..but some are behind their bloody cameras the whole time. That pic of the sea of cameras..it's disturbing. If you can, take the show in. Shut yer phone off and get ready for take off. JMO..I was so concentrated on Adam and the rest of the ensemble I couldn't have taken a pic for anything. Especially Adam 'virgins'..do not miss a second of Adam's show. Pics and vids will show up. Get thee to the restroom before the show as well..  And hydrate..some of these venues are hotter than Hades..bring water. I went through two bottles dancing. Saw a gal faint at RMT due to dehydration. And comfy shoes, especially if you are doing GA or gonna be standing for a long time. That is my experience. Take it for what you will. So excited for all who are going to whatever concert they can attend!!!    |

CURLY...you are the best! Thanks for that link! Not sure how you figured it out...BUT YOU DID...so thank you for your time and effort.  I could not get in no matter what I tried when it said I had to log out and then open media player. Aw shucks but I can't take the credit. It was Belle who posted it yesterday. You're welcome - and thanks for the shoutout! I am glad that the info on Energy Music Radio is reaching people who are interested and had difficulties. Technical issues are frustrating and because I have no expertise I cannot offer solutions in that area. What I can do is post the info - and repeat it if necessary, especially if you ask for it. I wouldn't have tried the tune in site if I hadn't seen posts about difficulties because the 'listen on desktop' button works fine for me (with IE/WMP). I am happy to hear the spell-out repeat was not considered as spam. This is how I did it: I read their tweets (shown on the site) where they mostly give advice to people who don't get the stream with the link buttons. They give the alternative link, urge to clear cache/cookies/history before trying again and if it doesn't work they suggest you try Tune In / tune in app / tunein.com. There is an application for mobile devices and a website with that name. I went to tunein.com and searched by the station name - voilà. I am inclined to think the problem was either the very common 'blindness' when something doesn't work or that 'the tune in' thing didn't ring a bell. The site has been posted here several times in the past, that's how I heard about it initially. BTW if you search for 'Adam Lambert' it gives you a long list of stations that have played his songs a short while ago (you can listen by clicking). For some reason the station we are talking about doesn't show up in that list, you need to search for the station. And for the playlist or requesting you still need to go to their site. Also very happy to hear Shady right now! :wub: |
