Did you know when Adam was  he was in Ten Commandments? I've listened to "Is Anybody Listening" more than 22 times.  I think that must have been a bittersweet time for him. He received great reviews but had to cope with prejudice behind the scenes. I can picture him bristling at the condemnation and stubbornly refusing to change. I found it interesting that he recently said he hungout with Val Kilmer a few times and he was cool. He also said it showed him the paps in action. I wonder if any ninjas could find a pap vid of Val with Adam?!! I don't want to think about Adam hanging out with Val Kilmer. I can't imagine what they had in common. Damn, I'm going to have to use my  on this post. Let's make it worthwhile. Adam was on a cruise ship!!! When I was 19 I was trying to learn how to drive a clutch on Oklahoma back roads. And Adam was sailing the seas. Life is just not fair. |

That's what I thought, albiku! Thank you for clarifying! I always avoid anything with coconut oil in it!  You really don't have to avoid it. It's better than animal fats and oils, for sure. It's just another fat that can be included in your diet, like any other fats. The trick is to know that it's a saturated fat that can't be used as much as you want (10% of the daily caloric intake). As long as you keep it healthy, you can use it. But if you have to choose between olive oil and coconut oil, if you want the healthy stuff take the olive oil.  There is some controversy surrounding coconut oil. I thought my avatar was bigger, but now notice that it's smaller than the rest.. Does anyone know the page where making the avatar bigger was discussed?  I think your avi (like mine) is probably already bigger---> like maybe 150x150. But I've noticed that quite a few avis are actually quite a bit bigger than that. Q3's and mys*&@^#r's and nonchallance's and crazylady's avis are all around 225x225. I know this because I used my "clipping tool" to save them, and uploaded them into photobucket then checked the size!! This larger size of 225x225 for some people's avis is what I'm seeing on my computer screen (using Chrome). Other avis are smaller. Ahh okay thanks! I guess it just looks smaller only in comparison to the biggies. |

Just got back from seeing Argo...great movie!!!!!!!! I saw it on Friday, and I agree! Very, very exciting--all the more so knowing that it's true. It was like the movie Apollo 13 in that you know how it turns out but you're still on the edge of your seat! Adam content--uh, it's hard to believe that Adam wasn't even born when it all happened. I remember the Iran hostage situation so well and it seems so weird that there are grown-up people on the planet who, like Adam, weren't around for that drama. smokey and murly, since there isn't a lot going on right now, I thought I would jump into the movie conversation. I loved Argo, thought it was one of the best movies of the year. Girl, you need to upsize. Mys*&@^#r's is 150 x 150 and I think some look smaller because they are not totally square and so only 150 on one si But we can't do it the way we used to right in our own profile. We have to go somewhere else, adjust it and bring it back in. Right? Makes me nervous. I don't want my avi to go away but I need it a little taller and a little less wide. Looks a bit distorted to me. |
