Now that I know who is behind this venture I will not be buying this Aura magazine. I learned about them during the 'bastard album' period. That's all I'm going to say.  |

I agree. Afterall, this is not AL Radio even if we all wish it was. EMR needs to attract listeners with many varied tastes in music and I think they're doing a great job. So happy they are playing AL. I guess the true measure of my AL devotion is the fact that I 'put up' with the rap selections just to hear AL. I hate RAp!!!  If they air his music 1-2 times per hour I'd be happy. That would be a lot more than we hear on US stations which I refuse to listen to anymore. If non-fans at least hear his music every so often they may be inclined to check out his music. Now that we all have gotten over the excitement of listening to EMR, perhaps limiting our requests and tweets might be a good idea. When I e-mailed EnergyMusic, I made sure and complimented them first, yes, on Adam. But then I went on about how impressed I was with their playlists. I was listening straight through and enjoying diverse artists. I confessed that I'm not a radiohead, but that their station had an inviting laid-back vibe, with non-invasive commercials and friendly but not effusive DJ's. Personally, I am going to continue to compliment them weekly. I made no secret that I'm an Adam fan but now I will start being more specific about other playlists that I'm diggin' as well...it IS true. I'm giving them feedback and also thanking them for playing Adam. That's how I'm approaching it anyway. I like this station a lot and I dislike radio in general with a pukey passion. (See smiley above..lol) . EnergyMusic has a huge assortment of music. I want it to succeed. Yessiree...win/win.  |

I highly recommend the Trespassing 2 skin. The break between posts is very easy to see for me.  thank you for this suggestion...I was going a bit crazy trying to read the board in all white. Now can someone give me a tip on how to stay signed in? When you log in look at the little box under your log in that says 'remember me', click it on, and you will stay signed in here. |

I know that most of you don't care much about the band. But I have to say, I miss Isaac too, a lot: TommyJoe Ratliff@tommyjoeratliffMissin' my isaaccarpenter isaaccarpenter instagr.am/p/UvbmrMrgji/ Apparantly he deleted his twitter account ... withdrawalissues I SO miss Isaac..was their ever ANY notice of him leaving? I never heard an adios or any thanks, Isaac..which is very strange for Adam, I think. Because of this, I keep hoping he will return...no diss to Rick. I was watching some vids of more recent performances when Isaac was still with the band and he didn't seem like himself. Not the glowey, radiant guy we know. I realize he went on tour with Loaded but but but...Isaac, are ya ever comin' back??  |

This is beautiful poetry and I don't know if it was already posted here. It is important not only because it is the Inaugural Poem but also because it was written and read by an openly gay Hispanic man. Openly gay is something we know something about.

 I did it the same way on facebook and on twitter! I thanked them for playing Adam and told them that I also like the other music on their playlist (because I really like many of the songs they play)! Will continue to write them from time to time! |
