This may actually be off topic, unlike Mys*&@^#r's post. However it is about creating success in the music biz, the importance of radio, etc. I think it adds to our larger discussion about such things... Some of you may have heard this on NPR this evening. It is about Macklemore and how they remained independent, but then hired a major to help them get radio play. Also, I found it interesting that the coveted market is 7 grade girls. |

I'm just doing a quick catch-up on the last couple of days and keep coming across birthday pics, wine, flowers, cakes and other goodies. I just had a meal out with my daughter, her hubby and their 2 year-old twins (who I adore, goes without saying). That was just lovely, and to come back to messages from my other family is the icing on today's cake! Thank you all so much . ETA>just realised this thread is the dead one.
