Kelly Clarkson just recently said (saw on the internet yesterday) she hates the grammy's and the parties. She says nobody talks to each other and they are not friendly. She would rather do a country music awards show anyday, where the artists all treat each other like family. I am sure she was referring to the tremendous egos that need to be satiated, and many of them may not have the needed social skills. Adam learned from his mom how to be a social butterfly and work the rooms. I'm sure these parties are hard work, but I sure Adam goes out of his way to work these functions and meet and greet, and make them worthwhile. I remember Adam saying that people also have ignored him at these functions. It must be difficult, even for someone as charismatic and naturally sociable as Adam to have to 'werk' these events to network. He's made a lot of friends. His birthday responses were very heartwarming as they came from so many different sources besides his fans this year. It felt like a breakthrough to me. |

Kelly Clarkson seems like a really down to earth..keeping it real...type person. I'd like to see Adam and her sing together on a show or something someday. |

Socialite LifeWe can all agree that Adam Lambert is the most fashionable man in show business, correct? Adam earned that title yet again last night (February 8) when he hit the red carpet at the 16th Annual Friends & Family Pre-Grammy Party wearing that gorgeous grey suit. Sure it’s a little more toned down than other red carpet outfits we’ve seen him in, but I am still loving it. Also, does anyone else appreciate how much fun Adam has on the red carpet? Sure he poses and makes sure to look handsome, but there is an awful lot of winking, tongue wagging and general tom-foolery that goes on. Don’t you just love Adam? Can’t wait to see what crazy outfit he rocks at the Grammy Awards tomorrow night. I’m hoping it has feather. Then again, I always hope celebrities rock feather. Although in our current celebrity climate, Adam is the only one I can think of who can actually rock them for reals. [MORE]
