I have finished reading the thread and I have to wonder. We say we need to stay out of Adam's private life. Yet we know where he lives, what floor, his household layout, where he buys his clothes and for how much, we even know what fucking gate he is eating a burrito at. I expect we'd know the size of his GB if we could get a tape measure. I don't have anything else to say about Adam and Sauli. I do wish the convo had not been closed as other topics regarding Adam and Sauli have been wide open for discussion. It feels hypocritical to me to see that 'this' IS our biz and 'that' is NOT. I am not trying to say that people should not have integrity but who decides what integrity is??? When things were golden, we couldn't wait for a picture of any intimate moment..the first kiss perhaps. Now, we should not talk about the no-no. I don't get it. Sorry. Fans self.  You must have 9 lives...Adam looked hungry that day. How did he taste???  |

I respect your take on this Melliemom, you know I do. We have lost Atopers due to angsting, yes. Much angsting over anything Adam has taken place here and I don't like it either. But I do have a right to question why a conversation is closed when no one is throwing any punches. Much of what is on this board is speculation. I believe delving into some of Adam's physical things is also very personal. And Adam's past relationships have come under extreme scrutiny on this board. I felt today held a tone of concern as both Adam and Sauli are well-loved. I believe in the right to express opinion for all members of Atop. With respect.  OK with respect back.. you know I love you.  I love you too, Mellie!!

It is better to talk about it thoughtfully here. And I would never directly tweet or otherwise bother Adam about this. We will find out soon enough when he is ready, or we see new pics of them together. I am going to say my thoughts which are subjective: Before I even knew this was being talked about by members here, I thought it was strange Adam has/had been out to the clubs so much lately. In NY I was thinking it was paid appearance/s and who knows. But when he got home and only had a short window before the "tour anywhere but here" - LOL, saw that on twitter - I thought it was strange seeing him out and about so often, and no S in the mix... and thought silently to myself that he would be home more or S would be with him when out and about given the short window for time together before the tour, unless S had headed to Finland already. But as one of our members mentioned, if that were the case surely S would have been spotted there already. If there is a little breathing space going on at this time, perhaps a reunion will happen in Finland. While not my business, per se, I do care for their well being. And right or wrong, I feel like Adam is my virtual son. I have a son his age and have told my son and DH that - as an explanation of why I care about Adam. But anyway, I am not in angst, and agree that if we can't talk about it here - where can we take about. Sorry Q3, delete if deemed necessary... *Hugs* |

Well, I guess I'm ruined. Thought listening to Adam tonight might make me a bit sad, so I tried some Bach... used to listen to that sort of music quite a bit... But I'm back in Kiev - Crazy Little Thing Called Love is playing - and I'm happy.  |

I think much of the problem with all this sadness and angsting here on Atop- without any real knowledge of anything - is that hundreds of people - maybe fans, maybe not - read here every day and then take it all to twitter and the rumor mill grows.
Who gets hurt, probably Adam and Sauli reading about their personal lives written by strangers who think they know - or need to know and tell all. And the trolls have a field day with it.
It's just not right. And it is too bad that fans who really do care are helping spread those rumors and that angst and fodder for the haters.
