Is there going to be a stream tomorrow morning for the concert. Anyone know? I was just about to post that...  ABOUT TOMORROW'S CONCERT...Most likely, there won't be any stream for the Shanghai concert. USTREAM is banned in China, the only way to do it is thru VPN but the connection would be too slow to work properly on a cell phone. However, both AEG CHINA and the Mercedes-Benz Arena's official weibo have posted messages to give fans the green light to film and take pics. Both @alidol and her "army" will be at concert tonight (as in local time), and we all know how fast she can get those vids up.
IF somehow @alidol figured out a way to live stream after all, I'm certain she'll personally tweet the link out, otherwise, expect concert tweets, pics and vids, lots of them! |

One thing which might stop us 'being Queen live' right now is my knee damage refusing to heal. Not sure I'd want to be Queen sitting down. This is tragic!!!!!!!!! yup! I am sure he has the best medical care available...hope he gets better... The nice thing about Queen is that NOBODY has ever got away with telling us what to do - or not to do ! That still holds. Bri
I'm not going to make a big deal of the knee. I refuse to be a victim of it. I'm now working really hard on Physio with weights. Cheers |

In response to craazyforadam's question and 4Ms attempt to locate the vid ( I don't think it was Ford related)....I remember a PSA type of thing after Idol where Adam was advocating recycling, turning off lights in your house, watering your lawn after dark, riding a bike rather than driving your car, etc. It was a Go Green type of PSA. I can't remember what group he was doing the PSA for, but I remember thinking at the time that IMO his heart wasn't in what he was asking others to do. And I remember thinking no way will he be trading in his V8 gas guzzling Mustang, which he chose over the Fusion hybrid, for a bicycle. lol. Surely someone here remembers this.

I'm ready for the next round of Adam's crazy ass performances. Next few weeks I will be in the clouds again and nothing else will matter.
Adam is irresistible and irreplaceable. I'm freaking excited...
I would love to also thank to Zinnia and Mia for the wonderful job they do for us. Thank you! You ladies are awesome.

If Adam, Maggie, and Wade are The Super Players will they have an avatar in the game and will someone who knows what they are doing actually play as them? I am not a gamer so I do not know what is customary. Will there be a concert stage level or land, or a basketball court or TV stage verse? Over in the fan art thread there are some great ideas ....  or this one .... WOW! I got started looking for some more images and got lost in the fan art thread. It has been a while since I was there and there are some amazing works there. So I am just going to post this and go back. I have said it before, there is just so much amazing talent in the world. |

Cassie, I was amused. That was an interesting exercise. .... ETA: Now that I read this again and added Scotty's name, I realized how none of these other guys is a great singer. Interesting for a singing competition. It is really obvious to me when listening to them all back to back. Listening to the winners of the last five seasons, my reaction varied between "Not too bad for someone who is not a singer" to "Ooooo, yikes! Not good." There are certainly guys in my community chorus who can sing circles around them. THESE were the voices that the producers put thru the auditions? THESE are the voices that America's voters liked the best? Huh? Singing the national anthem a cappella is a sure test of someone's singing talent. Then, there is Adam. While the others were prepared to sing the NA, rehearsed it, warmed up, etc., Adam did it on the fly. The folks at the base asked if he would sing something. He didn't have anything prepared, didn't have any backing track, but the one song he knew he could do off the cuff, a cappella, that would work there was the NA. Okay. Stand up. Take a breath, and GO. Out comes this beautiful, moving, amazing version. ILHSFM. Watching those "performances" reminded me of compulsory exercises in figure skating. No doubt who scored a 10... I wasn't going to watch any twice, but my first impression was that, after Adam, Lee gave the best performance, and that Kris was only better than Scotty. As you said, Cassie, the NA is a real test - no hiding! |

Hello, I have an 11 sec. vid in my archives done by Fox "Green It, Mean It" done in 2009 as an "Eco Tip" but I am sorry I would not know how to bring here. Hope this helps. |
