Okay, I thought I've done enough damage today with the dildo talk, but no... Here's more: All websites say that point down triangle represents feminine energy. ( of elements: water and fire). Lusus Naturae means a freak, a monster, leviathan... Combined together... well, I don't have to spell it out. This tat makes me sad. I'm sorry the tat makes you sad, but I feel just the opposite. Adam said he thinks a long time about each tat he adds, so it's not like he had a bad day and acted out (not that I'd KNOW that.) To me, it's a declaration and a celebration of his uniqueness that I think he's finally coming to accept. Even the comments he made a while ago about being an "outsider" in the music industry I think have become something that he has accepted and almost revels in now that he has performed with Queen and Nile and hosted VH1 Diva to such acclaim. What he may have considered "success" in the beginning, now may have morphed into more of a "be all that you can be" mentality and he sees that what he has come to be is an amazing, one of a kind, loved, appreciated performer who still has family and friends from before success, is slowly acquiring new friends who are worthy of that title, has a boyfriend (and an entire foreign country) who cherish him, and a man whose career will inevitably go on for as long as he wants it to. Perhaps he has finally realized what we have all known for so long, that he's worthy of all the praise and success he acquires. |

 So this is the new tat..nicely done. Wish he'd just get a sleeve..Adam's lookin' like a pin cushion...lol...NOW DON"T BE MAD... a bit of levity wouldn't hurt this discussion. |

Those new gold pants are to die for. He's been shopping in Japan. I don't know if I am so enamored with the silver shirt, but it certainly is quite sexy on our BB. I bet ya he brought, or had to buy an extra suitcase or 2 for his new wardrobe treasures and gifts.

"Freak" can be meant as an insult if it's said with that intention, but not in this case. "Freak" is a good thing! It also signifies embracing uniqueness and celebrating differences. I always say I'm a little freaky, and proud of it! Seems he's proud of it too.  Awww, I love him... Usually, I think Adam is referring to his sexuality. However, I believe he is, also, referring to his vocal ability. There was a story from when Adam was on Idol where he used "freak of nature" when talking about his voice. I don't know whether it's true, but it is why I think he is, also, talking about his vocal ability. The story goes something like this: Adam was reassuring Kim Allen (Kris' mom) that he (Adam) and Kris would be the final 2. He explained that Kris was a "real musician" and he (Adam) was a "freak of nature". Does anyone remember this, maybe better than I do? |
