Thanks mys*&@^#r50. A couple of months ago, my daughter saw a Trespassing poster wrapped around a pylon in the Beijing subway. Last month, she met a Chinese girl who had a keyring with an AL picture dangling from it. Adam will conquer!

Hmmmm ... for one, I am sick of these "competitions" for two ... Adam dosn't need them for three ... how about we show them the power of the Glamberts by just ignoring it? We don't need em, Adam doesn't need em, ignore em ...
Wouldn't it be kind of ... I don't know ... gratifying ... if THEY WOULD NOT SEE ADAM past the first round? ... I have several reasons to not vote at all, but I guess many would have their own. ... But wouldn't it be a relief to NOT vote on these things??? Plus: Adam is NOT "cute"  I'm with you! I have no intention of voting in this clickathon! |

My youngest daughter, a singer in Beijing, talked to a photographer who came to one of her shows last week. He suggested that they should get together after he got back from Shanghai where he was going to shoot Adam Lambert! Of course, my daughter got excited and told him all about me and my Adam obsession. The following excerpt from his email to her isn't anything special, but it still makes me happy. I'm going to ask her to pump him for details. I wonder if some of the Weibo photos are his? "Lovely to meet you though really briefly last friday night. I'm in Shanghai and staying here with another client after shooting Adam L last night. Probably back tmrw. Adam was super down to earth and nice and lots of fun to shoot. Great performer - spent the evening having drinks with the band. All great people."Aw, great story, thanks for sharing, Supardu! |

Thanks, 4Msrmyn!!! Fair warning: most of the videos by GlambertNews.ru AdamFan are filmed from afar so as to include Tommy while Pop That Lock focuses mostly on Tommy. So I deleted PTL from the Trespassing thread... although it's a bit of a tough choice for me, maybe I should have left it and labeled it 'Tommy Cam' or something, since there is no other video of PTL... I think I have developed quite an OCD with videos, I freak out if I don't post a performance.  We'll see, maybe it shows up eventually. Also, I have to add my personal Shanghai highlight: the way Chinese Glamberts knew every word of OOL and sang with Adam - it just melted my heart! |

Best sellers list on Amazon.cn : link www.amazon.cn/gp/bestsellers/music/ref=pd_dp_ts_m_1Adam is #20, with only one non-local seller (Adele) ahead of him. The person with top 10 (!!!!) and 14 overall in top 20 best selling albums is Yundi Li - a classical pianist of international acclaim. (He happens to be the same age as Adam). - I don't know what this means: either Chinese public loves classical music (may be I should move there???) OR the sales of CDs are so very low that even a classical performer outsells pop artists.

Also, I wanted to thank everyone who commented on my post yesterday re Adam's new tattoo and to say that unfortunately, I'm still bluesy about it. The reason I didn't reply to anyone was because I did not want to rain on anyone's parade, not because I was ignoring them:) xxx
I did write a long ass essay about it today at work ( during the breaks! lol), three pages on the back of some old grammar tests for the kids, currently crumpled in the pocket of my jacket... i'll post it on my tumblr later, not here though, no worries:)
