That's why we are LIVING for this bright blue suit Adam wore on stage while performing in Shanghai. (Just throw in an oversized collar, bell-bottoms, and a mustache, and he'd be in full '70s throwback mode -- or would that be powder blue? Maybe this is more '80s.) You may also notice how Adam's suit resembles what John Mayer wore to the Grammys! We'd like to imagine that Adam saw John at the Grammys and was all, "Yo, Mayer, I see your blue jacket... and I raise you an entire suit in a bolder hue. I win. Bye." And then, we'd like to imagine that John bowed down because, um, it's Adam Lambert and you bow down to Adam whenever he speaks. The "Stay" singer has performed in all kinds of dark and fringy outfits while on tour in Asia, but this time Adam showed off this buh-RITE ensemble while on stage in Shanghai. Actually, judging by this photo, it also seems like he's also serving some serious Glam Angles while performing (btw, real Glamberts know that a Glam Angle is any flawless angle Adam gives us in a photo). Also, I wanted to thank everyone who commented on my post yesterday re Adam's new tattoo and to say that unfortunately, I'm still bluesy about it. The reason I didn't reply to anyone was because I did not want to rain on anyone's parade, not because I was ignoring them:) xxx I did write a long ass essay about it today at work ( during the breaks! lol), three pages on the back of some old grammar tests for the kids, currently crumpled in the pocket of my jacket... i'll post it on my tumblr later, not here though, no worries:) I will look forward to reading it. I have been blue lately too. Hugs to you. |

Best sellers list on Amazon.cn : link www.amazon.cn/gp/bestsellers/music/ref=pd_dp_ts_m_1Adam is #20, with only one non-local seller (Adele) ahead of him. The person with top 10 (!!!!) and 14 overall in top 20 best selling albums is Yundi Li - a classical pianist of international acclaim. (He happens to be the same age as Adam). - I don't know what this means: either Chinese public loves classical music (may be I should move there???) OR the sales of CDs are so very low that even a classical performer outsells pop artists. Yundi Li...his fingers are like beautiful daddy long-legs dancing on the keys...impressive! |

Some of them do but not that many according to my observations. Most of them do follow pop music but mainly focus on Asian artists. Something ridiculous yet funny happened on weibo during Chinese new year. It was about him and another talented artist Leehom Wong. Just some gossips and you don't want to know the details. But it caught everybody's eyes and went viral on weibo. After the Chinese new year, all you saw on AmazonChina's top 10 selling was Yundi Li's CDs. (before it was Trespassing that was leading) I don't know how well artists sell CDs in China. Ya all know how crazy and rampant the piracy problems are in that market. But I do know that Trespassing is selling damn well cuz recently it just went out of stock, and there are peeps 'complaining' about it in Baidu Tieba (the biggest Chinese fan forum and now has more than 30000 members). :D |

Thanks, 4Msrmyn!!! Fair warning: most of the videos by GlambertNews.ru AdamFan are filmed from afar so as to include Tommy while Pop That Lock focuses mostly on Tommy. So I deleted PTL from the Trespassing thread... although it's a bit of a tough choice for me, maybe I should have left it and labeled it 'Tommy Cam' or something, since there is no other video of PTL... I think I have developed quite an OCD with videos, I freak out if I don't post a performance.  We'll see, maybe it shows up eventually. Also, I have to add my personal Shanghai highlight: the way Chinese Glamberts knew every word of OOL and sang with Adam - it just melted my heart! If we have enough good, close-up videos, I don't bother putting the lesser quality or Tommy cam ones on a playlist. However, the best ones for Shanghai are on Chinese sites. |

Haha! So I recently found out that a close friend likes Adam. We had no idea both of us were fans of Adam, so the night we found out we flailed like crazy. Tonight, she called me just to tell me: "OMG, just saw Pretty Little Liars and Adam was on it! You have to watch it! He was dressed like a vampire! It was so cool!" My answer was: "I already watched it. Um... the day the episode was released in the US, actually. There was this live stream, and..." lol She has no idea just how much of a stan I am.   |
