They are two separate countries. Geographically, Singapore is just right 'under' the penisula of Malaysia.

I am just trying to understand where all this numbers discussion is coming from - I have no idea of anything 'MJ' and I have reaed the thread thoroughly (seeing the one report of attendance estimates). Singapore is in Malaysia (apologies for the earlier misspelling) - other than that I'm not trying to tell you anything. So Jakarta is two times as big as Singapore... and not as many concert-goers, that's a pity. Just look 2 posts above. Q3 quoted me, as did others before that. It says: Hi all, just came back from the Adam Lambert concert "in my backyard", Jakarta. I think a bit more than 50% of the tickets was sold (capacity was 5000) and the audience was very diverse, agewise and genderwise.. yeah !
ETA: Just googled if Singapore was part of Malayasia and it said no. I thought they were separate countries also. wiki.answers.com/Q/Is_Singapore_part_of_MalaysiaRight, apart from the review of 1000 you brought another number of 2500 here that I didn't somehow register. Well, that's better for Jakarta And yes, Singapore is a republic of its own. I was thinking it would reach the Malaysian people around it and that should be taken into account when making comparisons - it's probably more complicated than that.

And now I am done with my loopy spamming. I quite enjoyed your loopy spamming. Just shows how passionate you are. I quite enjoy recaps too, especially international ones. Funny how we all say the same things like " I think Adam has put a spell on me. I could not keep my eyes from him" I swear whenever I see him live, I am so mesmerized and in the moment, then after the concert I forget everything that has happened. Strange.
