Can you imagine how it feels to be unwelcome in your own country and around the world..Adam keep TRESPASSING.. you are a light in the darkness of insanity. Russia is doing what Russia does best.. picks a scapegoat for folks to concentrate on ,while the citizens lose the rights they momentarily gained . IMHO, It's a Diversion ,so people don't fight the corrupt government. Adam will be fine,but I'll be real happy when he gets to Finland.

These are different countries with different laws. It's against the law to be gay and exhibit anything gay that promotes gay. He could be arrested. Erm he is NOT going to get arrested. He wouldn't have been BOOKED there if that was the case. Adam is very culturaly aware and respectful anyways, he probably will do the show as he's been doing it all along. Oh its possible he'll do something as a little EFF YOU with a wink and a smile but not enough to get arrested. Come on now. You can't have it both ways. You want him to be an INTERNATIONAL STAR? Well the world is not perfect. It's totally fucked up, but the fact that Adam even CAN play these paces that have such stupid views is something to be celebrated. He IS TRESPASSING. He is living his mission statement and all sorts of cheesy crap. LOL. Progress can be slow and asses are gonna ass, but in the end he will have the last laugh. I am so not gonna worry about this.
And if he should get arrested lol then it'll be a crazy press cycle and we can make awesome FREE LAMBERT t-shirts and protest and shit.I'm not worrying, either, but the thought of wearing a FREE LAMBERT T-shirt and protesting is kinda exciting.  |

Have you read about the music group that was arrested and incarcerated in Russia? Russia and USA nt on good terms at the moment, anything could happen. I would hope the promoter and management would not put him in that type of situation and would do everything to protect him. Elton John has drawn massive crowds in these countries, but Adam's show is quite different. If they film and find violations, anything could happen. Sorry to be dramatic but too much is going on in that part of the world re homosexuality, and other politics. I follow it very closely. I'll shut my mouth now. See my post on the previous page. The group is Pussy Riot and they speak out against Putin on a regular basis. They also performed in protest in front of a Cathedral. They were not arrested during a booked performance, it was a PROTEST.... plain and simple. hell, I'm pretty sure they were in the church... probably in the pulpit... LOL |
