The details of that rider are HILARIOUS. Especially since, as fans who follow all things adam, we know that half of that shit is completely untrue! Where did that come from? Maybe he is just generous to his crew It actually looks like a pretty modest catering list to me. The only surprising item is "Philadelphia Cheese Steak" -- I can't find a decent cheese steak in most of the US forget about Russia. This is something that is negotiated by an artist's management and the promoter. What is odd, it the article makes it look like Adam is going to personally drink 14 liters of milk. ** Setting aside this list -- I imagine some vodka will be consumed on this leg of the mini-tour. I guess I'll be embarrassed for asking this but...oh heck I'll ask it anyway...how do you make a "Philadelphia Cheese Steak"?

Come to Allentown PA. Seriously - the best cheesesteaks at The Brass Rail. Better than Philly.
adamrocks - Very thinly chipped steak covered in red sauce with melted cheese & hot peppers.

A Philly cheese steak is a sandwich, a really good one, made with sauteed onions and mushrooms and really thin sliced steak. The mixture is then broiled with cheese on top and put on a sub roll. It's one of those things people argue about, like pizza or BBQ.

Noooooo I prefer to make them with green peppers and onions and provolone cheese, but a lot of people use the Cheese Whiz Sauce. I'm not into all the arguments. What do I know, I'm from Texas. Here's it's over BBQ and it's so tiresome. If it tastes good, eat it. That's my motto. LOL. I would be curious to see a Russian interpretation of the dish. Beets anyone?
