I asked my son to clarify what he did't like about the band and the cds He tried to explain that although Adam's sound on his cd is electronic it didn't have the technical skill and musicality that Muse had. He said most of it was just electronic studio work with some other sound thrown in such as Nile Rogers. He said Muse has electronic sound, performed by an orchestra and brilliant musicians. He really liked the keyboard player that Adam originally had from (Korn?) and wondered why he didn't use him any more. By the Way,I've fallen in love with By The Rules; I can't stop playing and singing it... I think that could have been a huge radio hit. Is your son a fan of Muse? |

17th China Music Awards >>> The Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel announced on yesterday during the Star TV 17th China Music Awards press conference that it will collaborate with Star Group Ltd. China for a second year, bringing the awards show back to the CotaiArena stage on April 18. Celebrities will attend, namely Charlene Choi, Rainie Yang, Huang Zheng and Shui Mu Nian Hua, along with contestants from “The Voice of China”. Details, as well as the list of nominees, were announced at the conference. The Star TV 17th CMA is organized by CCTV, Shandong television, Star China Media Ltd. and co-organized by Channel [V] and the Venetian Macau. The biggest difference for this edition of CMA, as stated by Mr. Zhang, “Lies in that the event is designed with crossover ingredients, Chinese culture is combined with western culture.
