Since nothing happened, I doubt it will get much coverage. Looks like a dirty trick to me -- an easy way to make a report and keep a few people away from the concert. Dirty trick or not, the threat was credible enough for an official warning to be sent out and the local law enforcement to be notified. I have no doubt they also would have notified Adam's management as well, so Adam was probably aware of itl. BUT. HE. WENT. ON. STAGE. AND. PERFORMED. ANYWAY. To me, that is a statement more bold, important, and significant than any words or grand speeches. It reminds me of the brave individuals who sat at the front of the bus, sat at the whites-only lunch counter, and attended a white-only college despite threats of violence. Without saying one word, Adam took a courageous stand for equality. As did the rest of his entourage. Don't know if it will get any coverage in the press. Probably not. But, IMO, it SHOULD. They cover Adam's new hair color, or new song cover. Fluff. Adam making this stand should be covered and lauded by even more press. Mad RESPECT for Adam and the Glamily. And he performed OOL!  And he didn't get arrested for being gay!  |

I am so proud of this man, his glam band, his fans.
From the very beginning it was 1) his voice 2) his courage. I doubt he even knows he is courageous.
Then 3) his open, honest, big hearted, I am who I am manner, which again comes back to courage!
I am not angsting, or worrying, but will breathe a sigh of relief when there is a Helsinki siting of the Glamily!

We haven't gotten any tweets yet from the Glamily. They are usually tweeting away after a concert. Maybe all our anxious to get to Helsinki and the last concert. Yeah that's strange. Maybe they are trying to come secretly to Finland.
