Mayumi my heart is heavy at the news of Rene passing... I didn't know him, but fell like I did from the many posts and stories over time. May you have strength during this time and know you are loved by all here. Kay, your post expressed exactly how I feel about Adam and the all the people who share their journey, stories, pictures, videos and hospitality. You said it so well! Betty, loved the recap and totally understand how a Glambert can travel to an Adam concert and have an immediate feeling of belonging and friendship to strangers. It is really something to behold and experience. This is as much a part of the concert experience as seeing Adam live. A community for sure... My first time was Fantasy Springs and when I told DH I was going... he said they are strangers, you could get mugged (thought I was crazy) - sorry DH but the big bad Glamberts don't intimidate me, LOL To all: My heart is also full from all the love, respect, fun, joy, speculation, gates, debates and antics of this board. So enjoy checking in here to see what is going on now:-)

4everadam -- I am listening to energy as per your call out. I often just let it play---no sound on--- when I leave my computer, and turn it on again when I return. I appreciate their Adam effort!! tunein.com/radio/Energy-Music-Radio-s188621/ This link on my favorites works for me, the other does not...just in case others have trouble getting it to play. I do the same! |

Unfortunately Adam and Sauli never attended the party (or, as we heard later, only for a short time in a special VIP area on another floor!) like the DJ said several times at that evening!
Hi Betty, where did you hear that Adam visited the VIP area? At one time I checked (I think partly with Albiku) the whole restaurant (when someone said Adam might be there) and found that the VIP area on 5th floor was open to everybody. Did not see Adam there, though I only visited the area briefly. So maybe he was there afterall  |

Betty - excellent recap, especially the "wonder" of all those broken internal walls opening us to every other Glambert! it is all so familiar and so precious! OT question: does anyone know how @suz526 is doing? Is anyone in touch with her? Suz is okay. RL is keeping her busy and a little closer to home. She has definite plans to be at San Diego with camera in hand. |

Kay, don't sell yourself short. You have a beautiful way of expressing all the goodness you have. It always impresses me and lifts my spirits. Those are the kind of people I need to listen to and emulate. I always seem to get your posts when I need them. I thank you for your care and consideration. You are just like Adam. Everything he expresses is uplifting, loving, light, and fun too.

We thought he could be in there, but we didn't try to get in or anything. Not my thing to invade a private party.  (Although, apparently and contrary to what I thought of myself, it's my thing to bother people at airports, haha... Just so you know, I blush every time I remember my encounter with Adam, lol). Can anyone point me to the videos with the best audio of the Helsinki concert, please? Would like to refresh my memories before publishing my recap. Because you guys were totally right, I don't remember some parts of the concert that well, just flashes or feelings. ;-| |

I could really feel your emotions and understand that it was bitter sweet to leave all the Atops you got to know and party with all night long! |
