Tinafea, which download is the wav file? I downloaded the file WAGT(LiHel).zip which unzips to 21 mp3 files. I would prefer the higher quality wav file. I clicked on his link. All I can tell you is that it is a 736 mb wav file in my music folder. Wonder why that is?? Maybe there is something set on my computer that made it do that... Tinafea, Is the 736 MB WAV file in your music folder a single large file, or is that the total size of multiple files in a folder? Here is the link that I downloaded from - is it the one that you used? www.mediafire.com/?e54m5n13s7zn9m7This link is for a 76.7 MB zip file. When it is unzipped, the resulting 80 MB folder contains 21 MP3 files and 2 album art JPG files. If you downloaded from a different link, please post it! If you are downloading to iTunes somehow, you might have iTunes setup to import files as WAV files. But this converts form the lesser quality MP3 format to the better quality WAV format, the result is not near as good as if one had an original WAV recording. I.e., you don't get any improvement in the quality of the audio files by converting from MP3 to WAV, it just takes up alot more space. To tell what your iTunes is doing, in iTunes click "Edit" on the menu bar, "Preferences" on the drop down menu, and the "Import Settings" button on the popup window. What does "Import Using" say? Most commonly either "AAC Encoder", "MP3 Encoder", or WAV Encoder" is selected. " iTunes will try to convert everything you import to this format.

Tinafea I downloaded your link and used the mp3 mode on iTunes. It burned a CD but when I tried play it...I got no sound? I don't know what I can do or what I'm doing wrong. By "mp3 mode" do you mean 1) you set "Import Using" to "MP3 Encoder" as I mention above, or 2) after selecting "Burn playlist to disk" you select "MP3 CD". Option 1) only specifies the file type when importing files to iTunes. Option 2) makes a CD that contains a bunch of MP3 files. It will NOT play in most regular CD players. My car has a MP3 CD player which will play these CDs, so I make them for long trips. To burn an audio CD in iTunes that will play on most regular CD players, choose "Burn playlist to disk" and then "Audio CD" in the popup window. Make sure "Gap between songs" is set to "none". This is not going to solve the problem of the whole thing not fitting on 1 CD. Either someone will have to cut the band intros from the Shady track, or you will have to use two CDs. I can make the cut to Shady, but not till tomorrow night.

MAYUMI, I'm so sorry. I hope you feel the outpouring of love here for you and your family. You and Rene have touched many lives through your generosity and love. May that love come back to you now and be a source of comfort. Hugs to you! I too had the delightful experience of meeting Rene and Mayumi. Such warm wonderful people. Mayumi, you and Rene were the first people to greet me at the Adam party in London. I was feeling jet lagged and a little shy and out of my element, but the two came up to my husband and me and welcomed us so warmly. Rene told a joke that put us right at ease. Seeing Rene's support of your Adam fandom inspired my husband to do the same and just enjoy the ride. His energy and his humorous optimistic take on life will be missed by all.
