On this topic, one of my absolute favorite fan vids goes all the way to the Idols tour, but my cell phone is dying and I'm about to start racing up the Coast to my next Seder. Can someone PLEASE bring over the fan vid set to P!nk's "Bad Influence" [begs] It's so awesome!!! Here you go! |

So many hours of watching every single date....what hair style tonight..what is going to be thrown onstage... The rumbling in the audience when Gokey was on... just thirsting for Adam...and the HUGE ROAR when Ad's video and music started. Wow. He made the band and b u singers laugh with his antics and we discussed each and every move. The man has brought absolute fun and joy to us....Born Entertainer !!!!! |

Hi, Q3 is it possible to put this on page one in the daily OP section... Perhaps just under the every Saturday from NZ... reference? Whenever I have a minute to go to this station I forget what it is and would be nice to have it handy since they are one of the few right now regularly supporting Adam's music. They had the power to make the decision today and didn't. That's just not how the Supreme Court works. CNN says they hear another case on the Defense of Marriage Act tomorrow. Then they research the constitutional issues and debate with one another and then write their opinions. They may or may not consolidate the two cases, they may or may not rule narrowly or broadly. In any case, as sugaree noted, a ruling is not expected until June. That's correct - it's a very interesting process. Appellate courts do not rule from the bench. We had a former SCOTUS law clerk speak at a meeting of attorneys, judges and law students in my area prior to the Court's consideration of the Affordable Care Act. She gave a very detailed presentation on the process. It was facinating to learn about the "inner workings" of the Court. She also reasoned and guessed the right result on the ACA (although guessed the reason incorrectly). |
