I have been invited by KISS FM 106.1 in Seattle to participate in a "first ever" feedback session to let the station know how they are doing, what they could do better, what artists would I like to hear more of/less of on the radio, what artists we would like to see at station sponsored events, etc. I am going to go and say Adam, Adam, Adam, Adam .  Of course I have a lot of other opinions/ recommendations about their format and what they are doing. I believe the focus will be on their morning show program. Anyway, it should be interesting. |

Aleksandra, if it's any consolation to you I also thought they did not like Adam. It is very difficult to hear what is said and I think I should be more familiar with the guys and their gestures to be able to understand. But I didn't get angry - maybe because I was perceptive enough to see that it was an old episode. First I was WTF???? and then shrugged it off. Don't worry! Thank you:) I understood everything they said. I could live with 'bad skin', 'looks like a hologramme', but what tipped me off was when one guy said, I paraphrase, that Adam should first release a good song... Not knowing it was an old video, I just went berzerk, the implication was just too much for me. But again, this is no excuse for my language. For the feelings, yes, for the language, no:) Is something wrong with Atop? This is my third try at posting! Alex - I used to overreact at EVERYTHING said about Adam that wasn't 100% positive. You are not alone. And the "bad skin" comments I couldn't live with. But I've learned to chill a bit recently. Maybe I'm becoming desensitized? Or it could be that there's a lot less negative crap being thrown at him now. The more people see & hear him the more they respect him. And Yay for the MOST INFLUENTIAL INTERNATIONAL STAR IN CHINA! Even the nomination alone is flail-worthy!  |

Just an update on today's US Supreme Court Hearing on DOMA -- there is a question of whether they will decide anything about this case or let the lower court ruling stand. If they rule, court watchers are saying that the 5 justices who said negative things about DOMA are likely to rule to strike it down. China Music Chart Award is like the Chinese version of Grammy award. It is the most influential and important China music award in pop genre. Almost all Chinese (including mainland, Macau HK, Taiwan and overseas Chinese artists) major artists and super stars would attend.
I'm so happy for Adam. I would say that he's almost 80% if not 100% chance of getting the award.
