It is a tiny rural newspaper. Their reporters are famous of being real Finnish "rednecks".  I didn't even bother to try to read it.  |

Does this bankrupcy filing mean that Adam doesn't get paid his $45k fees? That'd be a big loss. No, it probably means the the company that owes Adam the money will be reorganized and in the end a court will order distribution of funds if there are any. In any case, most likely Adam got some money (maybe 50% + expenses?) up front and will get a portion of what is still owed. |
