Today, my beloved Rene would have been 70 years old. We will be celebrating his life with prayers and a small gathering of friends and family and with my Atop family in spirit. I cannot thank you all for your overwhelming support and love during the last 3 months when my Rene first got sick. My visit to the site has been sporadic at best but thanks to Cassie, she keeps me updated. She was also there for me in my darkest moments. Thanks my friend. I will always remember your kindness and love. I have a lot of catching up to do but know that I am deeply grateful to everyone. Cassie, thanks for setting up the charity water tribute in Rene's memory and to all who have responded. It is such a beautiful gesture and I get teary eyed reading your messages. Rene would have been touched deeply as I am. Happy Birthday to Tinafea and Lac and Happy Easter to all who celebrate. It is indeed a celebration of life and I will try to remember that my beloved is with the risen Christ today. Hugs and love to all - Mayumi and Keith and family  |
