Craazyforadam, Shoshanna has only been Adam's worldwide publicist since 3/4 of the way through 2011. Seems like you have such a disdain for her, but IMO she is doing a good job.

Does anyone know if this is better than the one "converted from volklive's MPEG from Queenzone"? which I am still watching/listening to almost daily - eight months later? If I could save only one thing before my computer crashed, it would be this! (Well, I did put it on a DVD...) BTW, if you go to this site you can still watch it without downloading it if you want. I know many like the London performances, especially if they attended, but the flow of the whole concert captured in this show is what I love. Any new fan, who hasn't watched this, is missing a great gift, IMO. minus.com/lvhKDgWkLuq6H  ETA: And when I remember that this performance was really their "dress rehearsal" - in front of 250,000 people, OMG! Mys*&@^#r, I have not in the least bit against Shoshanna, rather the opposite, she has done great and is the only person from his management team that actually is in touch with us too, she does great promotion for him and knows how to use twitter effectively for him. I have no issues with her at all.
I just said, she had nothing to do with the existing quality of the Wiki page til very recently (last week), as this was done by others over many years. She seems to want to take over at this point, which is why I cannot just go in and mess around with that German page, like Q3 had suggested. So, I totally agree with you on that part.
Hence, I wanted to get that tweet to her to let her know. Unfortunately not many have sent her anything or RT'd, so I have no idea whether she saw it. Don't want to spam her either. Kind of bum'd about this going nowhere.

Maybe if you send it again and put a note -- Pls RT -- others will see it on twitter and retweet it for you. |

Since we know how well Google translates everything I think it would be fairly safe to assume that the English language page is the only one they are probably updating. Paying a translator for every other language could be pricey. Since it wasn't Shoshana who tweeted maybe a tweet to the gal who did send out the message would help if you still feel uncertain about doing it yourself. Personally I think that letting fans control some things is a good policy and with wikipedia that's what it is made for. |
