Well isn't it fantastic that Adam can get a news cycle out of filling a parking meter? Oops, nope, doesn't it suck that Adam gets a news story with pics out of filling a parking meter? Well isn't it fantastic that Adam does not give a fuck what we think about his hair and just does whatever he wants or dares to try out (i.e. his natural color)? Doesn't it suck, that Adam cannot have an off week where his hair is allowed to be somewhere in between styles? Isn't it fantastic that Adam has now such wonderful skin and that he was able to eliminate a problem that has clearly bugged him for a while? Doesn't it suck that somebody has the need to get attention by writing that article? And so the see-saw continues. For Adam its the new normal. I don't know why I am writing this. I don't know how someone is able to stay normal with this constant microscope on them or why I just cannot stop looking. Crazy. Isn't it fantastic that we are always close to our Idol, getting all the news firsthand and asap via the internet, always knowing what our Idol is up to? Isn't it kind of spooky (aahem, and a lot of other unhealthy words) to know the condition of every single strand of hair on Adams head? Isn't it great to know that people acknowledge Adams greatness and recognise him everywhere? And then rush to his car when he stops at a red light? .... Your post hit a nerve with me ... and I am chewing on that and related topics a lot. I hope that makes me a sane STAN :  One of the reasons I like Atop so much is, that we are aware of not only how justified our stanning is, but also how over the top it can get and somewhat intrusive for Adam and that respect for Adam is the key priority even over our need to express our appreciation.  |

It's not out of the realm of possibility Anything from Hans' art, which he adores and so do I. Plus, it's on his wall now, he has the time to soak the meaning in, because it would have to mean something. Do goldfish mean something? I'm too tired to check it out Hans' tweet confuses me..'thanks for the pic, bud?' For buying it? Dunno....so do not like this framing with this particular piece of art. It is overwhelming to the topic which is fluid and light.. JMO. Hans does astounding artwork. Adam's hair? It'll be all grown out in a week..no worries. He's maybe planning his 'growth' cycle around his performing schedule.  What does surprise me is that someone as fashion conscious as Adam would wear jeans that are treading awfully close to 'butt crack' territory (that's what we call it here in the north lands). Man has been pulling up his pants a lot lately. Not like he couldn't buy a pair that fit... 8-) Sounds like Hans is thanking Adam for the pic of his artwork in the frame. (I agree that the frame looks too heavy & elaborate for the painting.) Adam's hair is like Michigan weather, if you don't like it, wait five minutes. When Adam is performing, he does some awful sweating in those tight pants. He probably needs to let the privates area breathe, while he can. Think I'll shut up and take a nap.

Just to show how much of a stan I am: The great parking meter collage virg posted above has a slight "wrongness": The picture titled "bitch I feel fabulous" shows a gesture for when Adam usually feels selfconscious or is thinking of something outside the setting of an interview / the current situation. More shy than feeling fabulous.  ETA: You know how Adam can change between being the hot fuck onstage and then right back to "oops ... what? ... me?" he is good like that. More subtly he uses that ability as a professional interview partner suddenly changing to Puck himself .... or just the opposite: Sometimes he wakes up/startles during an "interview performance" and reconsiders ... and moves his left hand like that .... like getting a solid hold of his "real me" .... that gesture always signaled a break in the mood of an interview or a comment, toward realness. Well ... that's my perception ... |

I hate his hair. The only reason he cut it like that is because I am going to see him in 11 days. Just my luck. Maybe I will get over this obsession finally. I know I probably won't ever see him again. Just happened to get lucky when Miami came along.
I bought the gay pride hat my husband found for me in K-Mart. You gals are going to love it. I am not sure about the colors though. Are gay pride colors written in sanskrit or can varying shades of colors be okay.
I also bought a camp chair to sit in. I absolutely love it. It folds up and slips into a cover which I can carry over my shoulder. K-mart is having a sale on camp chairs if anyone is interested. They go from $9.99 to $50.00. Mine cost $16 because I have a fat ass that needs stability.
I also have glow thingies which I will take. They are yellow and we can either whip each other with them or wave them in Adam's face. I am getting so excited for this trip. I just wish my arthritis would calm down.
I don't know how to change my profile to get on Adamtopia. I have no picture of myself I can use. I can only use flowers.
