I came home late tonight and I've been reading your posts. Some of them are great and I agree completely with them. But there are also some posts, which I would like to comment, but I won't do that. I just want you to remember that we know almost nothing. It concerns me as well, but I still want you to know that there might be some facts which only some of us Finnberts know about. awww....but then you have us at a great disadvantage. :(

Taking in what everyone is saying and nodding at times and shaking my head at others, but am going to leave that 'current' and 'condo' and similar topics now. Hate this slippery slope where chit chat here becomes assumptions somewhere else - becomes concern in a third location and is presented as fact in a fourth. Gotta let it go and stop starting it. Love these guys too much to drag this out further. So I will see whether I can shut up for a while re this topic. Hoopla1, who posted that CNN article a few pages ago, thank you. Yes, its time to love, but not care. That was an interesting read. Here it is for those that might have missed it: www.cnn.com/2011/LIVING/06/22/family.love.o/index.html?hpt=li_c2And Nica, I agree, we are projecting our mostly female relationship perspective on a couple of guys. Probably missing the boat somewhere. So, let me talk about something else instead: Just like there are many signs now around me that spring is finally here to stay, we have crocus in the yard and daffodils and the birds are going crazy and everybody can feel it in the air, I am also noticing those first signs of spring and first signs that the frost is finally broken when it comes to Adam and the reception he is getting here in the US mainstream world. Just today, I got by chance my hands on the newest Cosmopolitan Magazine. Guess who I found on page 54? Our boy, in a silly hairstyle comparison with Halle Berry, but nevertheless, here he was. Two years ago, not a chance that he would have been mentioned in the US version of any mainstream younger female target market magazine. The Russian one, yes. The English one, yes. But here, not a chance. Things are subtly changing for him, the ice is breaking. With radio, with magazines, with coverage in LGBT publications, with the public in general. Maybe the ice that started to cover the US general media world end of November 2009 is finally beginning to thaw, now that it is April of 2013. Spring may finally be in the air and may be around to stay. I am very hopeful for him at this point.

I have been debating with myself if i want to step out of the lurking mode and put my 2 cents out since yesterday, but my decision is "F*ck it", I am gonna say it and then back to my lurking status.
I suppose we all feel sad about the break-up, but no one will feel sadder or more upset about the split up than Adam and Sauli themselves. No matter how they handled it, no matter how calm & happy they looked on the outside, it must be a hard time for both of them. But because they are in the public eyes, they had to put a mask on. For some people, seeing Adam looked happy and in the bars meant he wasn't serious about this relationship and the break-up meant nothing to him. But putting yourself in Adam's shoes, do you want to show the whole world how messed up you are right now? do you really want to share the tears and frustration with all the strangers (including us fans and especially us fans) out there? Will it help anything? People handle things differently. Talking about break-ups, some would rather stay at home sulking for months, some would go out partying, drinking for months. You can do the way you like when you are in that circumstance, but how unfair it is to judge another person when s/he handles the situation different than you?
Also, why you guys think it's Adam ended the relationship? From what I can gather, Sauli was most likely the one who ended the whole thing. Adam rent the condo with sauna and easy living environment for Sauli (IMO). Adam singing STAY during most of the tour. Adam liked Sauli's new posted pictures while touring. Need I mention more? I wasn't saying Adam is innocent here because whatever caused this breakup, he's part of it. I just couldn't see him ending this relationship. All I saw is how he's trying to save it.
We don't know how the future holds for both men, but i think the least we can do right now for our idols (be it Adam, Sauli, or both) is to support them and show them some love. When they are down, we should be it.
OK. I'm done. See you next time.
