Thanks everybody for posting all the Adam goodies...so proud of him. Invincible..that's Adam. It would be cool if trending Adam winning this award in China could happen. More folks would know that Adam is getting worldwide awards and recognition. In China, no less..Glad there were no dancers. All Adam all the time.. Great save on TP..a rif in time..lol... Am I understanding correctly that now he is also taping China Idol and something else? That sure would make sense to not have to make another trip to China. Take care of biz all in one shot. When all the kerfuffle was going on yesterday with the paper that shall not be named, I kept thinking about Adam saying 'Love overcomes hate'..and today he tweets a similar message. Classy guy all the way. I was in no way worried about Adam when I suggested lots of love tweets yesterday. Thought it would be sweet and supportive. Great to see you back, Animated!! Have missed you! It's an excellent idea! The love tweets, I mean. Now, if you mention spreading the twitter love once again without actually joining it, I'm going to pester you about it until you open at least three accounts and start tweeting hourly:))) You'll be begging me for mercy:))) Just ask Maddie!

I can't believe the SFGN is still at it. I suppose every employee is set to publish their own opinion Eri @eri9 16m Well they're certainly milking this story for all it's worth!!! http://southfloridagaynews.com/articles/whataya-want-from-adam-lambert/112402 …

With my publishers duking it out — publicly — about the value of Adam Lambert, [...]
With my publishers duking it out — publicly — about the value of Adam Lambert, I figured I’d offer you some perspective on what’s going on. It all started with a preview of the Miami Beach Gay Pride. We mentioned Lambert: “Other headliners (and head turners) include Adam Lambert, Crystal Waters and Lady Bunny.” So we put him on our cover — as far as covers go, he made it work. The cover read: “Adam Lambert headlines Miami Beach Pride, and everything else you need to know.” That’s it. And then my Associate Publisher Jason Parsley got an interview with Lambert, wherein the star mentioned that he had just split up with his boyfriend. It was a well-timed interview, and it blew up, crashing our site incessantly. Days later, Parsley released the full interview. Again, it blew up. Lots of emails. Lots of phone calls. This is around the time my Publisher Norm Kent wrote thatLambert didn’t deserve the award, and GLAAD shouldn’t have given it — these two points led to a lot of anger. The site crashed even more times. There’s a certain bittersweet-ness to seeing your publication die from popularity. Quickly, Parsley wrote a rebuttal to Kent’s piece, starting a dialogue of hundreds of comments across the web, fans and opponents battling it out. Lots of emails. Lots of phone calls. But when GLAAD announced it would reward Lambert in March, we aggregated the story from Gay Star News. There were no horns or marches, protests or editorials. Not until Lambert crashed our site — I didn’t even know who he was. But now I do. To clarify, this piece you’re reading now is the first word from the editorial team at SFGN. The publishers aren’t editors or reporters, they’re publishers. more... (I don't want to bring the whole article for specific reasons...)

Not a word by word translation of the introduction by the host before Adam sings. This is what the host said: We used to introduce the next guest as the most outstanding singer from American Idol, but now we can just introduce him with 2 words, World Superstar. His eyeliner, black hair, nails, his performance, his charisma, his voice all just prove one thing.... the purpose of his appearance is to conquer the world.
I love this pic and I posted it on Trespassing thread and I tweeted it and everybody is loving it and it's an Adam-loving fest all around 4Msrmyn, did you add the captions? Because I shamelessly stole it, the audacious Adam-goodies stealer that I am. I'm sorry!

alidol @glam_alidol .@Ala4afam he is best of tonight. his performances told the audience there was no big problem of the sound equipments.
alidol @glam_alidol .@Ala4afam a weibo said he repaired sound equipments RTed more than 300times
Donna @Ala4afam @glam_alidol LOL that is funny!! He showed them there were no sound equipment issues with his singing! Great!!
Not sure what this means. Were the other performers sub-par and it was blamed on sound issues? And AFL's singing was so good it proved there was no problem with the sound, just the quality of the other singers' performances?
Well, to me, other performers had some staying on key 'challenges' while singing. Well, Eber and I both noticed that the sound seemed like a dry feed.... prominent voice with no reverb. I assumed that was on the stream/video, but in the auditorium they would have had the sound system working with reverb, etc. Perhaps not. Or perhaps the fans tweeting were watching the video, not there in person. As I mentioned before, that dry feed direct from the mic with no "tweaking" makes most singers sound like crap sub-par. And any slight errors in pitch are very noticeable. That's because a singer in a concert hall, even without a mic, has their sound rebounding off surfaces in the hall, creating more harmonics and resonance. Halls are designed to do that with music. Like when you sing in your shower. Mics in concerts are set to enhance harmonics and resonance like a perfectly designed hall. But, if the mic pics up the voice directly from an inch away, with no ambient interaction, and if the mic does not add in the harmonics a good hall would or a good studio recording would, the voice sounds dull and lifeless (if the singer doesn't know how to use all the natural resonance in the body as Adam does). Also, without the additional harmonics and reverb, the pitch is very exposed. I think that Adam once commented that no one sounds good on a dry feed. I would say, "no one but Adam."
