I am very proud of Adam and his achievements, which no doubt he deserves it. Each note sung by him is developed with great passion and love. It is obvious that music is everything to him, his soul, mind and heart. Music, passion, love, respect is a precious treasure to have, and Adam has it. It is the key to success, the key that opens doors and gates. Adam is a wise diplomat of his life and career. He is patient, open mind, honest, and very brave. To this add amazing personality and charm that is icing on the cake. I'm not worried about Adam's career, I've never been. I'm not worried about my boys, I'm for them 200% always. Also my love, heart and soul for them and with them wherever they are, but I do not run them by the hand through their lives. I believe that life is the best teacher. When the time came for them, I opened my wings and let them go with my blessing and belief in them. I look at my boys as they growing older and I'm proud of myself that I gave to the world a couple of decent, healthy, happy people. I think the same thing about Adam, he has wonderful parents who gave him love, freedom and they believing in him. I see a lot of Adam in my boys .. the freedom, wildness, kindness, and everything between.
I have no idea why Adam is so important to me and why his personality and his life fascinates me so much, I do not even know much about music as you know and discuss about it. I love all sorts of music and I listen to it, from the classic to a heavy metal, I was with the two boys and the husband once, so music was always in the house and it always will be, I can not imagine a house without music. But Adam will always be that my strange love that gives me the amazing feeling of freedom in thought, word and deed, which many times are so weird.
Adam is the love, freedom, hope, madness and all that we want him to be .. It is so much fun and pleasure to love Adam.
You see, every time when I see Adam, in my head I have so many different thoughts that I wish to share them with you. Despite the fact that I'm shaking awful in itself and at the same time I think as what I am now writing looks, and I fear the worse I make a fool of yourself it's but still rattle my fingers on the keyboard. Now, I do not know if I should post it or not, the next my indecision. Damn it! free your thoughts ladymaserati ... OMG!!!
HAPPY FRIDAY TO YOU ALL Yes, please always "free your thoughts", ladymaserati! I always love to read your wonderful posts!!! What you write is so true and you put it into beautiful words! You are truly a special person! (And I also love all the gorgeous pics you post!)

Just catching up with yesterday's thread and I see that my help was requested in translating this:
Guys, I really don't think this is needed, it is cute at times what they do here, but there is not enough meat on this bone to spend the time on my part or yours. Here is the gist of the video. The two clearly think highly of Adam's music and performances and are mocking JB both for his lack of singing talent as well as for being a baby and mama-boy. The whole thing goes down with tons of crude language that it typical of German teenagers, but does not translate well into either English or print.
The only interesting thing perhaps is, how Adam is portrayed, because it shows how these two German kids see him. The Adam in the video is macho and strong and aggressive, he disses and laughs at JBs singing, something that of course we know the real Adam never does. In fact this 'Adam' finds JB so repulsive that he wants to punch his lights out and beat him to pulp and that is then talked out with 15 year old trash talking, etc.
But just like if I write a sentence: 'Two men are strangling each other' sounds aggressive until you see the picture of Adam and Sauli playing with the media and us, same here: They are just horse playing around, but writing it down would sound rather terrible.
I thought the Adam impersonator looks the part and even imitates Adam quite well, except for character representation, that is off, but in looks he gets him quite well. It's all in good fun.
If anyone is interested beyond that, let me know which section specifically you are interested to get an exact representation of.
Final thought from myself:
It is one of the amazing features of Adam that to these boys he comes across as macho and aggressive, when at the same time, others perceive him as totally female, a queen or belittle him by calling him a boy, i.e. see this Norm Kent guy. Normally that should not go together, but with Adam, it clearly does. Tbh, I also see both sides in Adam, just they are not tied to all these negative connotations. I see masculine, sexy, assertive, self-confident, dominant Adam, at times even a mocking/teasing and certainly superior side in Adam and then I see the very vulnerable, artsy, elegant, emotive, perceptive, intuitive, creative, spiritual, zen-like Adam who either endures what he feels or at other times laughs and exuberantly enjoys what he feels, but rarely finds himself emotionally in the middle. It is really quite paradox. How is somebody up and down emotionally and yet also calm and zen-like? How does that go together? But clearly with Adam it does.

Ok, I now have a quick question, based on what I see and read: Is Adam now representing both The Voice as well as Idol in China?

We need to ask maddie, but I think they don't have ratings wars there. There might even be just one main channel. So it probably doesn't matter if he promotes 2 singing shows, like it would here! IDK!

Just catching up with yesterday's thread and I see that my help was requested in translating this: That was me requesting and I'm wonderfully happy with your overview, no need for a word by word. My DS (13) had a laugh watching it and I'll be able to tell him more now than we could see from body language. Interesting on how they perceive Adam. I wonder if it's similar to how I see Queen viewed. So many are consumed with the machoism of "We are the Champions" but they've never delved into watching a Queen video. Somebody who embodies both yin and yang in one body is confusing for people who define themselves into narrow roles.
