Adam did a medley of Kiss songs on the S8 finale. He sang Beth by himself and then Detroit Rock City with Kiss, both Kiss songs. So it is possible Angie may do something similar. My guess is they will sing WWFM as the duet part. It is still the best know and most successful of Adam's songs. Ok I just off 'chatting' w another fan, she also believes it will be WWFM. So as you noted, he did a medley. then what other songs will they featured from Adam's albums? hopefully, a song from TP. IDK I just want him to hit it out of the ballpark...just nervous now Well, we should consider the type of song that Angie would be good at singing. She is not a rocker or funk type. All of the ladies are better at singing ballad type songs. I could hear her singing Underneath at the piano, but I think that is very unlikely. |

If she brings a vocal like this one for the duet, they will kill it, cause her voice can be amazing. She also wrote this song..Great!

SO GREAT that Adam will be on the Idol Finale! I wonder if Michael Orland will work with him and Angie. Adam and Michael have spoken very highly of each other... 
Just checked back and I see that today is the first since April 19 (CMAs) that this thread has exceeded 13 pages. That dry spell makes me appreciate NEWS!  Yes, I believe he will. Michael Orland worked with Adam on every Idol performance so far. One of my fav tweets not by Adam from May 21, 2011  ETA: They could do "Who Wants to Live Forever". It would suit Angie's voice and it is great for a duet. |

The only winner to ever be in the bottom 2 was Fantasia. Therefore, I think you are correct, Q3, and Angie will win. My favorite is Candice by a mile! But Angie is a great singer and I think they will do well together.

This online publication is so professional and the technology is great. The way they link the concert, interview and etc vids and articles is outstanding. And glad all the contributors have links for contacting them. It is taking days given my spare time to go through the entire fanzine. I too hope Adam has seen this. Interesting that just before I saw this post I was wondering about this very thing. Which started me further wondering if he did see it... would he tweet about it... ? Personally, I think it would be great for others outside the fandom to see this outstanding Adam content - it is a journey. Love hearing fans stories too. So much to this publication. |

Glad to see he is going to be on, but why did it have to be with Angie? My utter dislike for her comes very close to cancelling out my interest. Ugh. I guess they put them together because she is the "theatrical" one. Adam has been very complimentary of Angie so it would have been odd to put him with someone else. The judges called Angie 'theatrical'? Guess I didn't watch enough of the show...don't get that one. The one thing about Angie I do like is her quick wit. I enjoyed her mentoring clip with Harry Connick Jr. more than her live performances. She and Adam will have a lot of fun and my hope is that translates live. She could be a rockin chick and she and Adam will look hot together for sure (my first pick was Candice but hey, Adam is on the FINALE!) |

Not even Adam can make me sit through 2 hours of American idol. And i have an irrational fear of watching adam on live tv anyway, I'm afraid I'll jinx him. (Remember the sound issues he had on divas? My fault. I broke my own rule about watching him live and turned on the live stream right at the moment he started singing the madonna song that was totally off key due to a sound screw up. Nothing would have gone wrong if I hadn't tuned in, I'm convinced of it!!!!! So I won't watch.) But I am very happy AI is inviting him back this way. They're not treating him like an alum, they're treating him like any other superstar guest! I can assure you none of us has that much power. ** Perhaps they will use the Adam "where are they now?" footage on the Top 3 results show to promote his being on the Finale? I so hope this is true!
