I have a feeling that they might duet Naked love or BTIKM or... there are so many opinions!! But I hope that he/they/her, who ever makes the decision, picks a song from Trespassing I'd love a song from Trespassing, too, but I doubt that's what they do. I KNOW they won't do Naked Love. Despite the fact that the nakedness is largely metaphorical, there's just no way they'd have a 31-year-old man singing a song called Naked Love with a 19-year-old girl! Yeah, I think you're right. Didn't think about that.. Just love the song, and he did sing that in China so I thoight that might be a good choice. How about Cuckoo? It's really popular here in Finland and I've heard it few times in radio... and I really don't listen radio much.. so I think they play it a lot. Is "party till they take us away" too much for American TV? ??? Well, he did that in Pretty Little Liars, so that might be the one?

I don't think there'd be any problem at all with "party till they take us away" but "walk that walk like you don't give a fuck" would definitely need to be tweaked!

That's kinda funny, I mean, do they really tweak every curse word? Only in TV shows or also in radio plays? Thats so much different than here in Finland.. But yeah, everybody does stuff in their own way, but in my eyes, thats kinda weird.

I'm excited to find out what Adam and Angie will sing together, also. I, too, hope it's a song from Trespassing. I think "Broken English," "Underneath" (acoustic-ish, with Angie at the piano---although I'd really prefer to hear something upbeat), or "Pop That Lock" could work for both of their voices and not be too risque for Angie's persona. I would love "Cuckoo" or "Shady," but I don't know that they'd work with the musical identity she's establishing (although "Cuckoo" is the perfect pop song and I think they'll try to put her in the pop lane after the show is over; it's just the language that might be difficult to edit). If they sing a cover, hope it's a great one. And the medley idea would be good, too.

But yeah, everybody does stuff in their own way, but in my eyes, thats kinda weird. The f-word is always a problem on TV, as is "shit" and a few others. There are a number of words, like "bitch," "bastard," "piss," and "ass" that you couldn't say on TV thirty years ago but they're common now and I don't think many people even notice them anymore. Believe it or not, there was a time when you didn't even hear "damn" or "hell" on TV. I remember watching a soap back in the mid-1960s, and a father was devastated when his son rejected him. The father wept and said, "Damn it! Damn it!" and I was stunned because I'd never heard that word used on TV before. Now it goes in one ear and out the other. I don't listen to the radio much so I don't know how much censorship goes on there. I think it depends on the station. Adam could always do the substitution thing. He could sing, "Walk that walk like you're calling their bluff" or "Walk that walk like you'll never give up" or something.

Showing my age, I remember when Rob and Laura, on the Dick Van Dyke Show, and Lucy and Desi on I Love Lucy slept in separate twin beds, even tho' they were maried couples on the show. How times have changed.

Some guy got away with singing "I like masturbating" on American Idol so surely a positive use of "fuck" isn't so bad?? 2:30
