During the season 8 finale, it wasn't just the top 3 that had duets.

I've always thought that Adam attracted more than the usual number of big-name finale guests.

That may be why so many of the finalists had special numbers.

That is what she wrote and deleted. I think she deleted it because it was easy to misinterpret it. Once changed, it is now being interpreted as "sekret" info from Shirley that she could not post yet. But unless Idol want to change everything, the show will close with the Winner, and Adam will be on the season closer.

What they should sing? No idea what girl's voice is like so no idea - we know Adam can sing the phone book and it will sound great so whatever the whatever works for me. If I remember from past years it is usually song from guest artist's songbook. (aka Adam singing with Kiss sang Kiss songs). If I was to take a stab I would guess will be WWFM as it is the easiest of his songs to make a duet and the one most people will know.

I am so jealous of you!! Honestly, I have no interest in seeing performances from J.Lo and Mariah and Frankie Valle. But now I will be watching every second of the show, just in case there is an Adam mention.

ETA: The Idol Top 3 spoiler song choices are out and Candice Glover's third song will be “One” by U2. That is a new idea!

Good for her. Another pairing of a Christian singer and the Wild Idol. If Idol has scheduled with Adam right, he will be in the audience on performance night so they can do his video clip then. I'd like to see them do Cuckoo, he's done it on Pretty Little Liars so might be considered familiar enough.
