Happy Mother's Day! So many exciting things... So little time to post. Lifeball! A snippet! two GLAAD awards! A perfect speech! A beautiful man!! San Diego soon!
Two more weeks until my school year ends. It has been a whirlwind around here lately personally and professionally and for my family members. Cant wait to be able to join in more soon!
Until then, I am enjoying all the flailing!

The link to the Life Ball live stream requires a password. Does anyone know how/if/when - the password will be made available. I definitely want to watch - I don't care if I pull and Albiku and stay up all night waiting and watching.  Update - just saw the world clock and I can sleep in. Life Ball starts approximately 11:15 AM Pacific Time. So GLAAD. Augenpoisie...Beautiful picture to frame those thoughts and my thoughts on today's special day. Thank you to all the "mom's" who lead, manage and guide this thread.
I mean "moms" as those who guide and protect, organize, archive or create, translate or "opinionate", to keep us "members", safe, organized and informed.
...taking us by the hand and providing opportunity for guiding us to places we would never experience elsewhere,
...another HOME for sharing, learning, growing and "becoming".

So proud and happy for Adam on this GLAAD award night. I've been following Adam since 2009, and he has matured so much in his acceptance of his positive role in the LGBT cause. Last night when standing in front of the winged logo props, he looked like an angel who had sprouted his wings. Also, I want to give a shout out to Jinkx Monsoon, pictured with Adam on page 3 - a young man whose creativity, talent, strong sense of self, and positive attitude will, I believe, open opportunities for him beyond the world of drag. I was happy to see both Adam and Jinkx in the same photo.
And Leila looked just beautiful last night - what a proud moment for her son. A joyous evening all around - looking forward to recaps from Atopers who attended.
@adamlambert and I had a magnificent Kiki at the #glaadawards !!! Thank you @glaad for an unforgettable evening! <3this makes me giddy! I appreciate the details and the thought that Adam puts into his appearances. What a lovely tribute to Alexander McQueen as Adam and his mom walked the red carpet together in his designs. And the lavender socks, oh Adam. One black nail amongst the clear beautifully manicured others. Maybe it is just a fashion thing, but it is fun to ponder the meaning of it all. Adam is always giving me food for thought. |

This is a cover of one of my favorite songs. I filmed this with my best friends Sam and Owen and my little sister. My mum filmed some of it but I filmed most when I could. there will be tons more in the future.
