I so like the discussion on Adam's thought out messages (or not?). I too found it telling how he said he works so hard and thinks a lot about it all. And he has said in the past, he overthinks a lot. I wonder how much... Sometimes we discuss here what the biggest thing about Adam is for each of us. For me it is how much he makes me think. Nobody but you guys would understand what I mean, but it is awesome isn't it?!
Re Angie: knowing the media they probably only said to Angie something like, "so, you aren't yet packing it up at Idol, are you?", but changed the wording of their question to make it sound better, or even get noticed by glamberts. I will not base my judgement of anyone on the full accuracy of media whose main goal is hits rather than accurate portrayal. Besides, who cares what she thinks. She'll be a full card holding glambert once she meets him and falls under his spell. Isn't everybody?

This is what I am particularly mad at: Q: What can Angie spill about her duet with Adam Lambert on the finale? Angie: “That’s the great thing. I’m not going anywhere, I’m still here. I’m going to start rehearsing and practicing for the finale this week. I’m so excited. I don’t know 100% what’s going to be going on yet, I’m so excited to be singing again. I’ll be singing on the Nokia stage, and I really can’t wait.” Not one mention of Adam at all. So glad someone like her is out of the competition. She doesn't even deserve to sing with Adam. I don't hear any other contestants talking about whom they are dueting with. They are very likely not allowed to really talk about it. So, Angie may have been directed by Idol to not talk about whom she was dueting with. On Idol last Thursday Ryan said that Adam was doing a "surprise duet" and did not name with whom. The cat may be out of the bag since there has been some press from other sources about it, but Idol still seems to be wanting to keep things somewhat mysterious. I think it is very unfair to Angie to be judging her because she is not openly gushing about singing with Adam. We do not know what is going on behind the scenes. Well, that's how I feel and I am not going to change my opinion. Her mother is talking about it so she must know who she is dueting with by him now and it has been all over the media for days. Has she tweeted anything nice about Adam since it is now a done deal? Something like "Wow, what an honor to sing with Adam." I checked her Twitter. Nope, nothing at all. Let's just agree to disagree. Got plenty of people on my feed and on other Adam sites saying he was dissed and I'm in that camp. |

Well - let's just hope all those in "that camp" don't go and rip the poor girl a new one. That would be so damn ugly.

But I am pretty much in the "who cares" camp. This pretty much captures how I feel... Forever a fan @speedy29 I don't care who is singing w/who on the AI finale, as long as Adam is singing that's all I care about. Don't care about anybody else. |

Kinda off topic, but not. Remember Adam's radio hosting in Australia last year? He said something about Raja doing a make-up tutorial on YT, then admitted that perhaps he was not supposed to say anything about it yet. Well, in searching for Adam's Idol feature, the YT of Sutan/Raja doing this came up. It is recent, and I don't remember seeing it posted here. If it has been, my apologies.

that girl has some scary eyes Oh, I don't know - I'd hate to have my eyes judged by just a couple pictures...  I don't know if mehitabel was just going from the pictures, but I have watched Idol this year and everytime Angie performs she does this weird, bug-eyed stare into the camera, it is really not attractive. Even Lyndsey Parker has commented on it in her column. |

Angie DID tweet something VERY NICE about dueting with Adam, something to the effect of how incredible he is. And then it was deleted rather quickly. Likely she was told by Idol to delete it because she wasn't supposed to be talking about it. |
