I translated Adam's speech for our fans and first I wrote the name of the organization wrong, because I didn't know what was 'Stonewall'. Thanks to your posts I could correct myself and learn more about LGBT community.  Just a tiny 'shade of meaning', Shimoli - I don't think Adam was referring so much to the organisation as to the 'Stonewall generation' -(Stonewall was a cafe in Greenwich Village, I think, where it all started) those who 40 years ago were active in fighting to establish the basis for the gay rights movement of today. My thoughts anyway.... (sorry I can't put names in bold) |

Life is better than ever . TWO G.L.A.A.D. awards , and a teeny tiny lil' itty bitty snip of "Love Wins Over Glamour" . (with annoying voices drowning the song , but hey , it's better than nuthin')

Oh , and Imma get smart and say this is NOT the first I've seen him without nail polish . He's done it several times on American Idol

So , yeah , maybe he just decided to give a rest to his nails , and if my eyes aren't betraying me , I think he has transparent polish on his nails , they look shiny
And yeah I love the thumbs . Hahaha !!

BEAUTIFUL MESSAGE, shared thoughtfully last night. Augenpoisie...Beautiful picture to frame those thoughts and my thoughts on today's special day. The image..... Beginning of life.... blossoming, growing, displaying colors and clarity, Opening minds ...opening hearts, opening eyes, Speading of love, acceptance, peace.... and reality. I have learned so much by being on this thread. It started with Adam. Thank you to all the "mom's" who lead, manage and guide this thread. I mean "moms" as those who guide and protect, organize, archive or create, translate or "opinionate", to keep us "members", safe, organized and informed. ...taking us by the hand and providing opportunity for guiding us to places we would never experience elsewhere, ...another HOME for sharing, learning, growing and "becoming". |

However, I have noticed a trend the past few weeks in his photos that he is keeping a more natural look in his fashion and makeup. I have felt a more relaxed and accepting version of himself as of late, a sense of peace perhaps? I like it, it shows much inner growth.Could be. Or maybe the answer is just "because." He likes change. ![]()  Ohh yes, he had this natural looks last year when he's promoting Trespassing. So.. yeah.. he likes to change things up.  |

Well I have been loving Adam since he first opened my eyes!
Must have been the "universe" that caused me to turn to a station and see a cute young man singing his face off (Satisfaction) on a program I had rarely ever watched... more than a handful of episodes.

Adam got 2 awards???? Co-winner with Frank Ocean? What a great night for this gutsy man..that was one ballsy speech and I love him for it! Any vid of Adam receiving his award with Frank?
