MTV Buzzworthy have done some great Adam articles but this is one of my favorites.

There is something odd about that Rolling Stone article -- there was a weird question about the history of Salem and the Salem witch trials that is now gone. It was not in the above conference call interview. (There are comments about it online but I cannot find it.) But the answer RS has does not match what MJ posted. Q: You’ll be back to sing on the finale next week, and there are rumors you’ll duet with either Idol alum Adam Lambert or your own personal idol Jessie J. Any truth to those rumors? Angie: I don’t know 100% what’s going on yet. I would die if I were able to sing with Jessie J. That would be the most incredible thing ever, so I hope it happens. Read more: www.rollingstone.com/movies/news/q-a-angie-miller-on-falling-short-of-the-american-idol-finals-20130511#ixzz2TDI4HknnBold part is not in interview above. And I am really wonder if Angie ever said this. I have that answer. I cut the last few questions off of my post because it was so long. I can get that for you. Here is the full Jesse J. question response from the conference call: Q; Has she heard from Jesse J.? Angie: “When I did her song, ‘Who U R’ on the show, she did tweet me. She said ‘so incredibly proud’ or something like that. So that was awesome. She hasn’t in the past 24 hours, but I would LOVE to get in touch with her! That would be amazing!” And Angie does not say "I would die if I..." according to the transcript. But she did tweet this....
Angie Miller @angieai12 20 Apr Pretty sure I would die if @jessiej followed me... OR sang with me at the finally.... #fangirl #DreamBig =D

ETA: But MySpenser50 -- even looking at the whole interview, and watch 4 other exit interviews -- I can't find her saying "I would die if I were able to sing with Jessie J. That would be the most incredible thing ever, so I hope it happens." It is probably just staring at me but I look at everything I could find last Friday and did not find it.

I would like to remind everyone that it is Trespassing's first year anniversary the day after tomorrow. This GLAAD Award comes in perfect time to celebrate that - from hitting Billboard's number one as the first openly gay artist ever to being recognised by GLAAD as the Outstanding Musical Artist for that same album a year later... it's one of those magical strokes of fate his life exuberates in. Like for nothing else, I would love it if we showered him with lots and lots of love for that album on that day:) And celebrate it properly here:)))

I had to come here to celebrate. Minnesota's senate just approved marriage equality! The governor has pledged to sign it into law tomorrow!
I wasn't able to join the crowd at the capitol but I listened to much of the deliberations on the radio. It was eyeopening to hear the arguements from both sides. I thought I wasn't in America when an ammendment to the bill was proposed (and thankfully voted down) allowing any individual to refuse service to another if they held deep belief against their marriage, then one senator urged others to vote, not with their constituents, but with their Creator. But the arguements for it were so heartfelt. One senator choked back tears as he said his adopted sister, 100years ago, would have been fighting for her rights as a woman, 50 years ago would have been fighting for her rights as a black person, and today was fighting for her rights as a gay woman. Another said his biracial marriage would still not be legal if not for past lawmakers voting to do the right thing, just like he was going to do today.
Minnesota is the most undiverse and religious state I have ever lived, everyone goes to church it seems. But it is also so progressive! I am proud to have made this my home!
This is happening guys! It is just the begining!!

ADWEEK THE 2013-14 UPFRONTWhy Everything You Think You Know About American Idol Is Dead Wrong Fox workhorse still a top earner By Anthony Crupi April 30, 2013, 8:27 PM EDT | Television While ratings watchers last week predictably enacted the Friday morning ritual of gnashing their teeth and rending their garments over the state of American Idol, those who would suggest that the show is on its last legs are perhaps more delusional than William Hung.
If Idol is no longer the event horizon of broadcast television, an inescapable black hole that sucks GRPs out of the prime-time firmament, it remains one of the single most valuable assets on the tube.

I love your recap!!!! You've made me cry. Thank you so much for this!!!! Momtomany's recap was so perfectly wonderful that I put it in the GLAAD recap. I know that I will want to revisit her words again. Thanks tinafea, I will too </img>. We have some really amazing writers on this forum, most writing better in their second (?) language than I can in what is my first (and only)! But, and I did think this some time ago, this post has cements for me how momtomany paints with words. I think she should be our official 'Poet Laureate' .

Well there you go.....Adam and Angie have something in common. They both have trouble with the word 'finally'. While Adam has been known to misspell or commit a typo, Angie just flat out misuses the word!!! LOL... *still giggling*

Now I am even more confused about Angiegate.
I read the questions that Mys*&@^#r posted, and don't see the one that elicited the response that offended some of us. It is without a doubt on the RS site:
"You’ll be back to sing on the finale next week, and there are rumors you’ll duet with either Idol alum Adam Lambert or your own personal idol Jessie J. Any truth to those rumors?"
I think I will just shrug my shoulders on this one and concentrate on regal Adam, and the one year anniversary of his brilliant album which should also be the day he get 2 million followers.

And this tweet was a response to Jesse J. tweeting about her performance. It is the only place I can find Angie using the expressing "I would die" associated with Jesse J. Please make note that this was when she sang Jessie's song. It was before she knew about any finale duets
