Well, I can't put the cork back into the champagne bottle, so have a drink on me everyone..it's an infinity bottle.. ![]() Adam will hit it tonite anyway, I'll reckon..if not, tomorrow for sure, so we still have the same winners. Twitter is so big that the do not update all the feeds at the same time. I picked the base profile as the point in time to measure. The same thing happens on iTunes chart positions. So we're using the Web Twitter one for the contest, you mean? Even if he's already reached 2M according to phone apps?  It is an Adamtopia tradition to use that counter -- same thing we used for 500,000 and 1 million. I had to pick one counter to use, so I picked the original one. |

The explanation for that can be that many people perhaps are also unfollowing Adam right now in order to be able to follow him again, when it's really close to 2M. Everyone wants to be the #2M follower.  |
