Hollywood Reporter: Idol FinaleThis article is saying that Candice's duet partner has yet to be determined. I'm guessing she was supposed to sing with Aretha, who cancelled for health reasons. Maybe...the show was able to get Jessie J at the last minute, and they're putting her with Angie and having Adam sing with Candice. I think I am going to go and look for Candice's performance, so I have an idea what we are dealing with... - "the best singer of all 12 seasons" by some comments I've seen... - which would be great for a ballad duet with Adam, which would mean WWFM and I hate that idea... Does she do anything but ballads? The best singer of all 12 seasons??? Did someone really say that? I can think that's Randy's comment.... hahaha, maybe they should let Candice sings next to past season singers, Kelly Clarkson and JHud and other female best AI singers first before they can claim her as the best of all.. For me for you there's NO ONE better than Adam Lambert.. He's the best of all 12 seasons and the best on that stage .. THE BEST of his generation. |

So weird!!! I don't think they do that every year. Yeah, I don't think the third-place finisher has ever gotten two duets on a finale before. Could be the cause of Amber's unhappy tweet... |

Thought I could handle watching the Idol pre-show. The stream quality is fine but the content not so great. Can't keep watching or I'd have to slit my throat.

I imagine Candice & Kree will be performing the very last song with an artist as a trio - seems to be AI tradition. That's what I thought would happen. She would get to sing with her idol and Adam. Yay!! Not a ballad! This will be awesome! Double yay!!  I was hoping that Adam and Angie would do an uptempo song. Way too many ballads on Idol this season -- they should be banned from the finale. And Adam gets to shake his ass ... good times ahead. Can't get excited about singing a cover.. I'm bummed....sorry really, really bummed. Adam should have promoted himself I don't care if the song wasn't a mega hit..damn it |

Adam is gonna absolutely own Titanium when he does it. It was as if the song was written for him. And maybe it will inspire Guetta to work with Adam on A3.
