OMG! That was sooo beautiful in every way! It gave me chills and "goosies!" The twitter buzz from every entertainment site on how amazing Adam was and what a beautiful duet partner he is, is also making me teary! Here is an MP3 t.co/9E0FILTe0CThanks for the DL! Seriously, a beautiful harmony with shining voices makes people stop...really listen...and enjoy a truly pretty moment. Adam and Angie gave that to the Idol finale. It will definitely be a highlight. People will remember this. All good if you ask me. :-) And... Adam needs no introduction on the Idol stage. :-) Oh, and one more comment about it being a cover. I love interesting covers, especially in this type of setting. It's kind of like at the Grammys with all the mash-ups. It's really interesting to hear other artists interpret great songs, and sometimes becomes a real moment. (Fantasy Springs anyone :-) |

[smiles] Everyone watching an Idol finale knows who Adam is. He got a beautiful segment last week, and while it was short, it was the same length as every other WATN Idol segment I've seen. His song with Angie was 3 minutes. Again, fairly standard song length, and the song length was pure loveliness. Tonight *is* supposed to be about the contestants. Adam, of ALL people, has been there and understands this. Just because WE wanted more, doesn't make bb shafted. He did beautifully. Be happy guys. {{HUGS}.  I'm not unhappy or ungrateful--just contrary to HSM. ![]() But the song was only 2:30 minutes (I subtracted the 20 sec intro by Ryan). The original is 4:05. Songs are typically around 4 minutes nowadays (do I sound old?). JessieJ was the big deal tonight, but I long to hear him sing so beautifully. ![]() </img> |

I haven't read everything but I agree with this. I thought it was beautiful. I actually wanted it to be uptempo but I loved it. It was what I expected since it's about the contestants.
