I agree! I think he just had too many photos. Some of the ones he left are more OTT than some he deleted. I mean he left the Details kissing photo there!  Do you see any photos of Adam kissing a boy man?  |

I don't think that's exactly what happened  but I guess it's a saving face comment. I think we're relegated to taking bits and pieces (the parts we like of course) from all these various articles until we get some real NEWS. If we ever do. To tell the truth my hopes went down a notch with this new guy taking over. Not sure why I feel this way. The way I read this, is that Fox Network, upon looking at the mess that has been going on since years, but is now hurting their bottom-line ever more painfully so, finally woke up to a few basic insights. They found an utter unprofessional mess on all levels of their venture. They also realized that their own network interests were not properly represented, even in such basic things as their contracts and they felt like they needed to bring a stronger game to the negotiation table going forward, so they don't sign away 30 million unconditionally, without ensuring that this other party is actually TRULY working for them. They probably found that some starry eyed person had no control at the negotiation table and just got played for a fool by the various artist representatives. And so they decided to fix that. Btw, based on this step, I am even more inclined to believe these earlier rumors, that the attempts by Fox to supposedly get out of these contracts prematurely, were in fact true and they just realized they could not get out. I don't think that this at the moment has any direct implications for Adam one way or the other. They still are looking for that key person to define the actual AI vision going forward. Once that person or team has been determined, then it will become interesting to see whether that puts Adam on the in or out -list. Right now, the only thing I am seeing is that JLo clearly seems to be seen as positive by the powers to be, whereas for most idol watchers like us, she was rather useless at the judging table and not all that different than the next band of thieves who ran off with multi-million dollar contracts without adding much. So that part I find surprising. But otherwise, I do not see any implication for Adam yet. |
