Just in time for Fathers Day. thanks you for this video. It shows how wrong it is that some of our citizens are not afforded the same equal rights as other of our citizens. Very good video. |

Just in time for Fathers Day. Wonderful video..thank you Curly for posting it.This is part of the WE DO Campaign for Southern Equality led by the Rev. in the photo. The group goes to different cities in the south& have brought their message of equality by requesting marriage licenses. I feel that in a quiet,respectful way they are bringing attention to this inequality and are having very positive conversations with many who have held anti-gay views. Two elderly Asheville women ,who went for a marriage license refused to leave after their request was denied. They were led off to jail, for a day, because of their passive resistance. The crowd, that had gathered outside the courthouse, cheered. |

Why can't I watch the vine videos? I get a picture when I click on the link, but nothing to show how to play it.
As to the tiny, one second piece of music, the chord/harmony sounds like a snippet from Shady. Can't tell the words, tho.
