Not to completely wet blanket the Brian tweet/Adam retweet...I wouldn't be saving up $$ quite yet. The fact that Brian has mentioned is good but they mention a LOT that doesn't end up happening for various reasons. Adam retweeting it might mean he believes it's going to happen but truth be told we're still a long way off...especially when it comes to something TV...last time Brian mentioned working on something possibly for TV the year was 2001 and they were doing a VH1 Storytellers gig. It's now 2013...maybe it's finally happening Hi talon.. great to see you posting in the news thread again. Hope the procedure's a success. |

Hey I hope you guys are right trust me. I'm just not counting on it myself knowing the history. It certainly is better than not hearing anything. It went from about 10% likely to happen to 15-20% in my eyes But if Brian hasn't said anything specific (and he didn't it was all vague) than this has not progressed THAT far. And Adam retweeting just makes it clear that they are talking about doing "something". He didn't add anything more...I don't know. I'm just conditioned not to hold my breath, let's put it that way.... Talon....what to you think of this collaboration with Psy (or however you spell his name)? Meh. I'm not terribly excited. But I won't throw a fit either. To me Brian has earned the right to do whatever he wants to do and if it's silly stupid stuff like Psy than it is what it is. As I said in another forum, I'm betting it's Psy going to be on Kerry Ellis' new album covering a Queen song than any Queen + Psy thing and that makes it even more okay. I would be a little more hesitant if they tried to do any Queen + Psy. I was thinking the same thing about the Psy collab. I think it's a collaboration between Brian & Psy, not Queen + Psy. |

The Voice has been so good tonight.. Did anyone just hear Michelle and Usher do ONE by U2... Unbelievable. I hope Michelle wins,but afraid (WGWG) white girl with guitar will have it.. .IMHO,The Voice wants their own Carrie Underwood super star.. Everything seems country these days.. OT The Voice was great tonight -- and I will be happy with any of the three winning. I am rooting for Danielle and I am not a country music fan. She is just an amazing talent and IMHO will be The Voice's first big star no matter what happens with the vote. It also looks like she will win. Danielle is already at #5 and #14 on iTunes for tonight's songs plus have 12 songs in the top 200. Swon Brothers are at #6 and #17 on iTunes for tonight's songs plus have 4 songs in the top 200. Michelle is at #12 and #38 on iTunes for tonight's songs plus has 7 songs in the top 200. iTunes has been predictive of the vote all season so looks like the battle may be for #2 and #3. |
