Question for everyone, theories welcome! As a Canadian stan, I don't get the opportunity to go to many Adam concerts; in fact I've only ever been to one show. And I don't tend to watch via livestreams (most of the time) so I live vicariously thru tweets and posts and pix and after-the-fact vids. And I can honestly say the Orlando show has garnered the most enthusiastic response I've seen in a long time. So, why this one? What was the special magic that made this one so stellar? The heat? The lack of costume changes and back up singers and dancers? The amazing varied crowd?? Why was adam so relaxed this time? What things synergistically came together here to create such an amazing show? My analytical mind wants to know. (Happy Canada Day! Off to the fireworks now!) I was there, Adam was really relaxed, seemed genuinely happy to be there, and yes it was very hot and extremely humid and I live in Florida. The first portion of the set (before he took off the jacket) seemed a little rushed, maybe to match the backing track? You could feel the affection the band has for Adam and one another, big smiles, so much energy, seemed to feed off each other and the fans. BTW Adam's smile is just electric, and he smiled a lot. There have been a lot a club pics with Adam in the last few months, and he gives a goofy face, but it seemed to me his eyes were just meh, but these last pics of him in New York, noteably the one from Cher's appearance the one With Andy, he really smiled, eyes and all. New York was good for him, maybe to reconnect with the theatre, old friends or a change in scene, probably all of the above maybe to realize he would be wanted there now, accepted, among friends, unlike the recording world. I would not be surprised if he spent a lot of time there in the future.

Theories (not necessary ones I believe in, but so what): - There's a new man in his life
- He has signed on as an Idol judge
- He actually was on vacation in NYC and not working (therefore, relaxed)
- Maybe the diversity of the audience means there are new fans with different energy
- Heat exhaustion = jet lag (lack of filter/loopy/etc.)

Was the fall accidental or deliberate? Very deliberate. He aimed, dropped, spun, and stuck his legs up.

Still waiting for kamar to come barreling back onto atop. Last posted June 13 - anyone see her someplace else? I have been trying to call her but the lines are always busy. I will keep trying. I'm so glad to hear you're doing this, glamtealady. Thank you!

Perhaps spending two weeks in New York and reconnecting with his theatre family energized him and made him feel satisfied, which translated to the stage. Just my 2 cents.

Adam is a brilliant ... I know that this is not new, but it is so enjoyable to watch. Everything that relates to Adam old or new is always so fascinating ... one more..
