A *lkji9&^%JI+(^%$ covers album would be the end of pop artist Adam Lambert. damn.   I was following Aiken when RCA did this to him several years ago and it quite effectively helped kill his singing career. |

OK, these are my thoughts. Her conclusions about several things are 100% wrong. For instance, she cites the covers Adam did on Wed. as evidence. But Adam has been doing most of those covers for over a year (Purple Haze since GN!.) And he's been doing Shout since WAG.
She also completely misinterprets the way Adam answered the Idol questions in Rumor Fix!
Would a label rep say what she said they said? Gawd, I hope not! Would the label leak info to her, of all people, on something Adam has been keeping so tight lipped about? 
The only way any off this might be true is if, this is a lead in to Adam announcing he has a new label. Creative differences would be cited. << that is just wild speculation on my part. And the only reason I thought of this is because Shirley has been a Glambert and this article is mean spirited. Why? Is she trying to show that RCA was not supportive?.
This was my crazy unsubstantiated grasping-at-straws theory a few pages back, too. Fingers crossed. |

Dancy Georgia DancyGeorgia 40m If an 80's cover album included lots if Queen songs with Roger & Brian playing on it, followed by QAL concerts, we would all want it! He needs something out for Holiday buying spree & he will not do what most artists in that situation do i.e. put out a Christmas album. But getting an 80's cover album out by Black Friday would be very doable. Takes some press off for getting his own material out b4 ready. Fans have been begging for more rock album. He gets LOTS press when does covers. It might help bring back Idol fans who have forgotten him. So do not see 80's cover album as bad thing. May be very good thing for his career. As long as it is followed by own music within a year. Let's also remember that a cover was Whitney Houston's biggest hit ever! I could see that as a possibility with Adam's voice also. |

But what happened to the rest of the songs maybe 40 of them, which he recorded together with Trespassing album, I was hoping to hear them in the A3, I do not think that they will be wasted .. |
